Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. I noticed the J Brothers Flooring office sign as I was casually driving, and decided to stop in. Their online reviews were sparse. The Somerset office was simple and unassuming (they have now moved to another location in Middlesex, which I have not been to). The owner, Jack, was professional and down to Earth. He did not talk like a "salesman," which I liked. He gave me different choices and did not pressure me into expensive options (in fact, he tried to find ways to save me money based on my budget). My family was also with me, and he included them in the conversation. He stopped by my house to take measurements, and was respectful (removed his shoes without asking). I decided to go with him because I felt he had great business ethics and was trustworthy. His guys did a GREAT job, and even handled my furniture with care. I looked at all the corners and their precision was impressive. It felt more like a true custom job than a "contractor" job. I had one small area that needed to be fixed, and Jack sent his guys and did the repair for free. I talked to another flooring guy who said "it's not physically possible - you need to rip out the whole area and re-do it." However, one of Jack's main guys did it in an hour. There's a lot of flooring companies out there, but I would recommend you give them a shot! They do other stuff as well (carpeting, tiles), but I have not yet used them for it.

Although the store was busy and she was multi-tasking she was totally available to me and kept checking in with me to answer my questions. Linda took calls and texts from me after hours and even personally delivered a few things that had to be picked up from the warehouse an hour away. Linda did the warehouse pick up for me so I didn't have to drive to south jersey. Additionally, Linda worked with my budget and did everything she could to make sure I was happy and I truly am. Our selections have come out beautiful so far and it's all because of Linda's help. She should be promoted to a store manager because she really knows her stuff and is truly dedicated to her position.
