Today, we went in because we decided to switch companies to delta for all our shower system and wanted to get pricing so we can make decision Both time we dealt with David and he was good last week and showed us all the options as we asked. Today when we went in, he was already in bad mood once we asked we wanted to cancel last week selection and make a new selection and know prices. Somehow that was difficult for David to do and he gave a bad attitude from the beginning. He got frustrated in finding out pricing for delta. And he asked ," can we please decide what we want the shower to do"? He asked that sarcastically rather than looking for prices for specific shower systems we asked ahout. I subsequently gave sarcastic reply without raising my voice at all but I assume David did not like that. We again conveyed him that we just want to see pricing for specific system as we like them and we want to compare it to other quotes we have seen so.we can make a decision about purchasing Then he asked us whether after looking at pricing, whether we will make a purchase today or not. We already told him last week and today that after we make decision our contractor will.come.and purchase. At this point, he told us that we can leave and he will email us the quote. We did say we did not mind waiting while he adds the systems to our account until final pricing comes However, he was adamant on us leaving. Then, we said we can wait. And to that he left his chair and told us rudely that we can wait. Whole encounter was completely rude and unprofessional. Not sure what ticked David off and he did not want to help us. For our new construction, we have shopped for quotes at different places and never encountered such rude behavior from anyone. David will say he was not rude but looking out for our time but my and my father both felt that he did not want to help us. I am not sure if all sales person are bad there but our experience with David was certainly not very good I would not tell anyone else that they shouldn't go to this location because our experience was bad with David only. However, after this rude encounter, we have definitely made a decision that for our new construction or future one, we will never get anything from GPS as they cannot even provide basic decency of decent human behavior from their staff Edit: We received their response and they were defending their employee who was rude and unprofessional We did understand that David was trying to help especially the first time when my parents met him. However, second meeting his behavior was definitely rude from beginning even before we requested to change the systems and that was noticed by my father as well So if you say both me and my father are wrong and cannot perceive rude behaviour, you can say so. I am sure David has had better days with other customers but that day was definitely not one of the days and we both felt the same I understand you will continue to defend unprofessional and rude behaviour of your employees and it is your right as private company to do so And if David was so professional, he would have emailed us the quote he told us before he stormed out from his desk. But why would he do that? He has such supervisors and owners that can defend his behavior so he has no incentive to be polite or professional However, we have and will take our business elsewhere for our future needs. I understand that losing one customer will not make any difference to you whatsoever from your response. I will not tell anyone on this to avoid this place however we have told all our family members to avoid GPS at Piscataway.

My shower is still leaking. If you are reading this, I strongly advise against using this company -- the experience has been nothing but frustrating. I had an American Standard shower installed, and while the installation itself went smoothly and everything worked well at first, the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. About a year after the install, the shower began leaking into my basement. I immediately contacted Customer Service, and they opened a ticket -- but that's where the support ended. It has now been a week and a half with zero follow‑up. When I called back, I was told they had no idea when someone would return my call. It could be a week, a month -- no clear timeframe at all. Yet, when it came to scheduling the installation, they had no problem calling me back right away. As of today, I still haven't received any update, and I'm now forced to hire my own plumber to fix a problem that should have been covered. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend American Standard to anyone. Telling a customer you have no idea when they'll receive help is absolutely unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money -- choose a company that actually supports their products after installation.

Our plumber installed an American Standard "Americast" tub. We contacted American Standard (twice) and they stated "The roughness you are feeling is the non-slip Stan-Sure surface which has 1 year warranty. You would need to have the non-slip surface redone by a professional." When installed, the tub did not have any non-slip surface. The surface was smooth, polished and highly reflective (not rough). American Standard have completely ignored our details about the tub, including the image attached to our original email, showing a diamond pattern. It is clear that they do not want to admit that their product is faulty and the porcelain has failed.

I ordered what I thought was a very expensive toilet from a list of pictured toilets…read more Unfortunately, the one I ordered did not have a picture. It wasn't until I noticed the "flush type - NA" that I realized I had ordered just a bowl, as the description did not specify that the tank was not included. As soon as I realized this, about 4 hours later, I tried to cancel the order. Since there was no easy-to-find way to do this online, I called, but American Standard had already closed. So, I immediately sent an email through their system, then called again in the morning to confirm it had been cancelled. When I got through to a person, I was told the toilet had not yet been picked up for shipment, but "had entered the queue." I requested that it NOT be shipped, but was told there was no way for American Standard to stop the toilet bowl from being picked up at that point. I was told I should just allow FedEx to pick the toilet up from AS and deliver it to several states away, and then I should "refuse delivery" (requiring me to wait at home for the delivery) or return it as soon as I got it. This was a polite but brief and very unhelpful call. The impression I got was that the customer service person would not put much effort into making a bad situation right. I thought that was a crazy process, so I called FedEx to see if they could NOT pick it up from AS. FedEx told me they could easily stop the process if I just gave them a tracking number, but American Standard had not provided me with one. FedEx said the other way to cancel to shipment was to have AS contact them, and they would happily stop it - it happened all the time and would be easy to do. So, I called AS back and spent a long time on the phone (mostly on hold) to ask the customer service rep at American Standard to do that. This customer service rep seemed more willing to try to help than the previous one, but he also couldn't find a way "in the system" to stop the shipment, and told me I would receive instructions and a return label via email. The toilet bowl was picket up by FedEx from AS approximately 7-8 hours after my last call to AS that morning. I finally received instructions - one type from FedEX and one from AS, and they were very different. AS told me to print labels and open the new product box and put one of the labels inside. I also received an email from AS telling me that after all my efforts (emails and calls) to stop the shipment before it happened, American Standard will charge me a $40 fee - because it shipped. I am currently waiting for FedEx to deliver this very heavy package so I can take it to a FedEx shipping store and return it - and get charged $40 by AS for doing so. If it were possible to give a company a negative rating, I would do so. I did have one terse response saying I could use FedEx's method of shipping, which brings this review up to one star. I would NOT recommend you engage in business with this company. This easy-to-fix common problem became a major hassle because of a very inefficient, unhelpful customer service process.

Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. For your next kitchen and bath design, don't waste your time shopping around - Just go to Sabri and make it happen. P.S. Our Kitchen Came Out Amazing

During this process, Sabri and his associates were very thorough with every detail. They provided us with multiple ideas, design improvements, and money-saving tips, whenever possible. I can honestly say that they helped us 110% to complete this project. I went ahead and purchased all our bathroom cabinets, tiles, and countertops from them. If you are in the market for any type of home improvement, I suggest you should stop by Savona and meet with Sabri before you make any decisions. I highly recommend them.
