1st damaged toilet.
R P.

1 toilet had crack in bowl out of the box, thought we could fix it then a few weeks later a large chunk broke off. Contacted them for replacement, which took them about 2 weeks to send, that toilet was even worse. Replacement toilet was in literal pieces, they shipped via FedEx and didn't bother to cushion it nor put "fragile" stickers on it. Contacted them again and was told a refund would be issued, that was on May 22nd and now they disappeared and not answering. Out $300.

These are photos of my SECOND installation. Their "Lifetime Guarantee" is worthless because of faulty installation. They won't refund your $

My American Standard LIXIL's shower with a "Lifetime guarantee" was a scam! Don't waste your money! I lost $11,450 because the job has to be done over, with permits this time. Find a local company with good references to put in your shower. American Standard LIXIL's "lifetime" guarantee was a scam because there were problems with their materials, installers, and workmanship. I purchased an American Standard shower with a "lifetime guarantee", not knowing that meant they would do not one, but two defective, unpermitted installations, and offer to try again instead of refunding my $11,450. American Standard's installers failed to pull required permits, and American Standard sent defective materials and unskilled crews to do the installations. After the second failed installation when I pointed out that they had breached the contract by failing to get the job permitted -- after sending them and their corporate office in Parsippany, NJ photos of the holes in the shower surround (see below), the grouting and other finishing that were terrible, texts and emails proving that they had not pulled permits and that their workmanship and customer service were poor, and I asked for my money back, Martin Taylor in their office in Texas cut off contact. Now I have to pay all over again to have a shower! Working with American Standard LIXIL was an Absolutely horrible experience and waste of time and money. Judging from my experiences they prey on the elderly -- who need benches and grab bars in their showers -- and on the unskilled laborers who work for them.

I need to find this shape sink

I had an American Standard shower installed, and while the installation itself went smoothly and…read moreeverything worked well at first, the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. About a year after the install, the shower began leaking into my basement. I immediately contacted Customer Service, and they opened a ticket -- but that's where the support ended. It has now been a week and a half with zero follow‑up. When I called back, I was told they had no idea when someone would return my call. It could be a week, a month -- no clear timeframe at all. Yet, when it came to scheduling the installation, they had no problem calling me back right away. As of today, I still haven't received any update, and I'm now forced to hire my own plumber to fix a problem that should have been covered. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend American Standard to anyone. Telling a customer you have no idea when they'll receive help is absolutely unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money -- choose a company that actually supports their products after installation.

I ordered what I thought was a very expensive toilet from a list of pictured toilets…read more Unfortunately, the one I ordered did not have a picture. It wasn't until I noticed the "flush type - NA" that I realized I had ordered just a bowl, as the description did not specify that the tank was not included. As soon as I realized this, about 4 hours later, I tried to cancel the order. Since there was no easy-to-find way to do this online, I called, but American Standard had already closed. So, I immediately sent an email through their system, then called again in the morning to confirm it had been cancelled. When I got through to a person, I was told the toilet had not yet been picked up for shipment, but "had entered the queue." I requested that it NOT be shipped, but was told there was no way for American Standard to stop the toilet bowl from being picked up at that point. I was told I should just allow FedEx to pick the toilet up from AS and deliver it to several states away, and then I should "refuse delivery" (requiring me to wait at home for the delivery) or return it as soon as I got it. This was a polite but brief and very unhelpful call. The impression I got was that the customer service person would not put much effort into making a bad situation right. I thought that was a crazy process, so I called FedEx to see if they could NOT pick it up from AS. FedEx told me they could easily stop the process if I just gave them a tracking number, but American Standard had not provided me with one. FedEx said the other way to cancel to shipment was to have AS contact them, and they would happily stop it - it happened all the time and would be easy to do. So, I called AS back and spent a long time on the phone (mostly on hold) to ask the customer service rep at American Standard to do that. This customer service rep seemed more willing to try to help than the previous one, but he also couldn't find a way "in the system" to stop the shipment, and told me I would receive instructions and a return label via email. The toilet bowl was picket up by FedEx from AS approximately 7-8 hours after my last call to AS that morning. I finally received instructions - one type from FedEX and one from AS, and they were very different. AS told me to print labels and open the new product box and put one of the labels inside. I also received an email from AS telling me that after all my efforts (emails and calls) to stop the shipment before it happened, American Standard will charge me a $40 fee - because it shipped. I am currently waiting for FedEx to deliver this very heavy package so I can take it to a FedEx shipping store and return it - and get charged $40 by AS for doing so. If it were possible to give a company a negative rating, I would do so. I did have one terse response saying I could use FedEx's method of shipping, which brings this review up to one star. I would NOT recommend you engage in business with this company. This easy-to-fix common problem became a major hassle because of a very inefficient, unhelpful customer service process.

HOW A KIND GESTURE IMPACTED ST.JUDE'S CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. - Savona Kitchen and Bath - Amazing…read more If you read one review - I hope it is this one. Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. For your next kitchen and bath design, don't waste your time shopping around - Just go to Sabri and make it happen. P.S. Our Kitchen Came Out Amazing

They provided us with multiple ideas, design improvements, and money-saving tips, whenever possible. They provided me a very clear picture of the process from start to finish. After the initial sale, they followed up on the delivery of the cabinets and made sure everything was installed correctly. I can honestly say that they helped us 110% to complete this project. I went ahead and purchased all our bathroom cabinets, tiles, and countertops from them. If you are in the market for any type of home improvement, I suggest you should stop by Savona and meet with Sabri before you make any decisions. I highly recommend them.
