We walked around the property for a bit and didn't realize how much property they actually had. They had a great selection and I kind of didn't know where to look. Lol. We tracked down one of the guys and managed to asked some questions. We managed to find out they could send someone out to view the landscaping and point out what we have and what could be put in depending on our needs and purpose. We left our name and number for them to reach out for a consult. Update: Less than 24 hrs later, we receive a follow up call followed by a visit in late morning from Ryan. I was kind of expecting a call during the week so I was surprised. Ryan came out and walked the property with us addressing our questions about drainage, foundation plants and ideas for the planter beds. We were very pleased to have this level of service. We've gotten a patio with plantings and two shade trees through Rutgers. The reason why I wouldn't recommend this company is the quality of their support is subpar. Many of the plantings died within the first year even though they get watered daily. The trees don't grow, whereas trees we bought from other landscaping companies in the area are already taller than our house. The patio has loose pavers and the low voltage lighting doesn't work everywhere. Some lights work, others don't. When I asked about the lights, they said it's a supplier issue from China, however they've installed other patios in our neighborhood with lights. I guess it's only a supplier issue for warranty issues and not new installs. The issue with the loose pavers however is the reason I'm writing this review. When I called to asked them to come out and take a look, they told me they can't take support calls like this over the phone instead I would need to email them. I don't understand how a company that I paid thousands of dollars to for a patio won't talk to me on the phone. I now have to wait days for a reply via email. Ridiculous Also, they are going to reply to this review asking me to call them and speak to management. That's a waste of time as when I call the person on the phone will say "send us an email". I measured the square footage of our beds using Google Maps and used MulchSupply's online calculator to determine how much mulch I needed. The whole process was very easy. The day of delivery I was called while the driver was on his way. I did luck out as the previous stop was not home so I received 10 cubic yards for the price of the 8 that I ordered (deliveries are pre-organized). When it's time to refresh the mulch again (hopefully in a few years as moving all that mulch was very tiresome work), I would definitely considering ordering from them again.

Despite paying an outrageous $1,324 on April 6th for what I was assured were top-grade, healthy trees, the reality was different. The trees were delivered on April 10th and by the end of the month, four of the eight trees were already showing distress, with yellowing foliage and clear signs of unhealthiness. Concerned, on May 3rd, I contacted Truesdale Nursery for assistance, providing pictures of the four unhealthy trees. They inquired about my watering schedule, soil moisture, and adherence to planting instructions, to which I confirmed compliance. Despite reducing watering as they had recommended, by May 9th, the trees had only worsened and were slowly dying. Requesting a refund or replacement seemed like a reasonable request given the circumstances, but the owner's response was dismissive and infuriating. He had suggested that I had not watered the trees properly, despite my meticulous adherence to their planting and care instructions. I mentioned to them I have a total of (32) Leyland Cypress trees, (24) of them are from various nurseries, all of which were planted and watered the same way and are thriving. Despite my evidence of proper care and experience, they blamed me, refusing any responsibility or refund, citing a lack of guarantee on their plants. Their lack of accountability is utterly appalling, this is not a reputable or trustworthy business model. It is disheartening to see a local business prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and integrity. Losing $662 on four sickly trees is disappointing, as was the loss of trust and confidence I once had in Truesdale Nursery. Their exorbitant prices are unjustifiable, especially when compared to other nurseries in the area offering healthier specimens at a fraction of the cost (typical cost is $99/tree). I had hoped to continue supporting Truesdale Nursery in the future, but their blatant disregard for customer concerns has completely soured my opinion of them. Based on my experience, I would recommend saving yourself the trouble and avoiding Truesdale Nursery. Since the company was new to me I started with a few simple light instillations. I usually performs these myself but the house was old and didn't have standard electrical boxes. Instead I was faced with plaster walls and gas pipes with old wiring. They sent a guy named Mike to my house. He was timely, polite, neat and really listened to what I needed and how I wanted it done. I was so pleased with his work that I decided to venture on and discuss the rest of the work that needed to be done. The house had a series of sconces that were all wired separately and needed to be connected. The challenge was that the walls in the room were artisan and could not be cut into so everything had to be accessed from either the ceiling or from below. He brought back another technician (who's name is also Mike). Together they made what seemed almost impossible happen. They took great pride in helping me achieve my personal vision and brought light into a very dark house. We had extensive conversations about new products, the best way to light the spaces and they gave me options instead of just saying "this is the way that we do it". I really appreciated their expertise. They consistently worked so hard that I found myself wondering when they would take a moment to at least eat lunch. They were tireless in their efforts and ultimately made everything that I asked for possible. I feel fortunate to have found the "Mike's" and to say that I'm a very happy customer of Perfect Circuit. So that you don't think I'm blowing smoke here are the Cons to the company: The booking process is cumbersome and should be reconsidered. If you are having work done and it turnes out that you need an additional day you can't book it through the technician that you are dealing with. You have to call the office the next day and see how soon something can be scheduled. This leaves unnecessary a lag time in the process and in my opinion could be handled better. Additionally most of the time when you call you get a tape, not a person and that's a bit off putting especially for new customers. Lastly there can sometimes be a bit of a communication breakdown between the office and the technicians that you actually meet. We had one billing and booking misunderstanding but it was all rectified quickly and politely. Overall I recommend them highly and will without question be using them again for future renovations.
