Gavin and the rest of his crew worked non-stop from 1pm to 6pm plus to complete the job and they left it looking great! Very neat, great coverage, no damage to delicate flowers, no weeds and no plants buried. A very clean, professional job done with nothing required from me. I should also add that the owner Rich Mercurio kept to the schedule promised and got it done before our family gathering this weekend. Many who attended commented on how great the landscaping looked. We've been with Green Valley for three years now and have been pleased throughout. Thanks to the team for a job well done!

Hired them to install a fence in our backyard…read more First, while digging, one of the workers broke the main line to our underground sprinkler system, then poured concrete over it without telling us. The damage was later discovered by our sprinkler service, which repaired it for $259, and they were able to shame Chris into paying for it. Second, and more significantly, the fence posts surrounding the gates were installed improperly, and the gates do not open and close all the way. Chris' foreman, Felix, explained to us what the problem was, and said they would be back to fix it, which would require repositioning some of the posts. It has been over a year now, and Chris has not responded to us since July (4 months ago). We are hoping to resolve this with him but are starting to explore our options. Everyone was super friendly, responsive, and professional. My husband described the crew as working as if they were working on their own yard because they were taking such care. We will be using this service now on an ongoing basis, for weekly mowing, seasonal clean-up, pruning, etc., and for whatever else comes up! We live on a decent size lot, an acre, and the yard and beds, shrubs, etc., had not been maintained for a long time, prior owner made some bad selections, etc. So, this was a big job. Removed 10 ENORMOUS shrubs, installed dozens of new plants/trees, huge spring clean up, installed 21 cubic yards of mulch, weed preventative, created overall landscape design, relocated some existing shrubs, used existing field stones to create perimeter for beds. Plus, willing to go extra mile to do extras that I did not expect, like removing tree limbs that needed removal either because of pre-existing damage or for health of tree. Update: the original review was written about 18 months ago. We continue to use Princeton Lawn and Landscapes for all our lawn and landscape needs. We continue to be very happy and highly recommend them to everyone! Tom continues to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with any of the work his team does for us.
