I did not regret giving them a chance and chose them to install some PVC pipes to get rainwater away from my home. HTL was very patient with me. I reached out to them in January and when I was finally ready (June 2017) to commence the project. I sent in my check and expected to get call a few days later once they got my 50% deposit check/signed contract. I did not hear anything for a week because I called HTL. Another few weeks go buy and I am like WTF?! I call again. They finally come second week of August. The work was done well, but it took 1.5 days, not one like I was told. I hear nothing from HTL after the work is completed. I send an email stating that I will be putting a check in the mail. I send a bill pay through my bank only to find out later in the day (after I checked my postal mail) that tax was not included. Really, who sends estimates without tax included? If I can give advice to anybody. Consider HTL only if you are a larger project. My small drainage project was slotted in. It's abundantly clear to me that the big spenders get the attention. Honestly, I would not use this company again or recommend them to anybody just because you need to chase them.

The 3 gentlemen that 1st showed up were extremely polite and even asked to move our vehicles so no damage might come to them from falling branches. They made a plan and decided which trees were going to be pruned and which trees needed to be cut down. This was no easy task. The trees are all over 50 ft tall. A&W came with a utility truck that had a bucket so they could reach the limbs of trees without damaging them or make a huge mess. One guy cut down the trees the other two dragged the branches and put it in the grinder.i was impressed to see that they used ropes 1st and tied off the tree branches so when they were being cut they wouldn't just fall to the ground. The ropes allowed the branches to come down slowly.. The 3 men worked in unison and spent over 6 hours trimming and cutting down my trees. One of my taller trees was surrounded by electrical wires. 1 worker strapped on safety equipment and climbed with only ropes up 75 ft. To trim broken and hanging huge tree branches. They raked and cleaned up all debris. They were checked on by a supervisor and did a great job.The group of men only took 1 short lunch break. I use them too for mowing the lawn , and in the winter to remove all snow. I would highly recommend this company. If u go to their website u will see there is a 10% off coupon if u spend $1000 .
