We had one of the owners come out and quoted us a price and we hired them on the spot. The next day they came out to do the removal and said they quoted us the wrong price. $700 more they wanted to do the removal! They refused to honor the price that was originally quoted! I would not recommend there services, they are extremely unprofessional, and unreliable.

Later I went in back yard and there was a big branch in my other neighbors yard by were they cut the wrong branch by my shed. Called back after getting verbally assaulted hung up on he agreed to take care of in morning told my neighbor to leave his gate open but they didn't show up till 3:30 His rude worker showed up my dog was out figured they weren't coming after the verbal assault.His trashy unprofessional worker threatened to kick my eleven pound dog and called her F flea bag mutt and preceded to throw verbal assaults on me in front of my family member she was appalled of this nasty man's behavior.So now I have to call a professional tree service to resolve this problem cause I had enough abuse from these disgusting so called men. He recommended an insecticide and fertilizer treatment. I did last september and last week. they recommend every 6 months. I also just had 2 trees planted - a douglas fir and an autumn blaze maple tree. Very happy with his crew that dug the holes, planted the trees and cleaned up after. They were quick and efficient. Very nice and friendly. I personally love Steve. He's a great guy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I got a quote for some work at my mom's house years ago and called him to do the work at my house because I trust him. Very happy and I will continue to use Steve's Trees and recommend his company.
