These guys come out to my parents property every 2 weeks in the spring and summer to mow and edge the lawn. We let them by every other Saturday and they deliver. I feel like the grass could be cut shorter without it being ruined - by the time they get here the lawn is long. There are also some weeds growing around the property that they neglect to deal with. Not a bad bunch of guys and they show up when they promise. I think they're the same guys that clean up the leaves in the fall and they get it done. read more

I'm having a little difficulty writing this review- but listen After recently buying a bank owned property- you might be able to imagine how overgrown and unkept my lot was. I didn't care who cleared my lot I just wanted everything gone- So I got a couple quotes- One guy was professional, knowledgeable, and got straight to business... against the guy who goes by the name "Guido" ... very loud, straight forward, an opinionated jokester, and an open book with a little filter- I don't usually connect with that type of personality and as a woman getting quotes my guard was already up. Both were late for the estimate time with me- and both estimates bottom line price were Within $150/$250 from each other so who did I choose?! yup you've guessed it- nearly every ounce of me was leaning towards the professional- but I took a night to think about it - and GUIDO it was! Let me explain- the reason why this review is difficult for me to put together is because first impression Guido comes off perhaps "pretentious" might be the word- and I nearly looked him over. PLEASE NOTE I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH- I AM SO HAPPY SO-SO HAPPY I GAVE GUIDO A CHANCE. His joking comes from a very innocent place and I don't believe he was trying to offend with some of the things he said at the estimate time And it is difficult for me because I want him to know I'd hate for him to loose business off of first impression and I'm nearly embarrassed of myself for not wanting to give him a chance because of his joking personality and I'm just so thankful that In the end- I did. Him and his guys did an amazing job and worked so hard! The guys were respectful, cleaned up after their lunch & breaks & smiled while they worked, they were respectful to me and my property. They even saved a birds nest in the brush I wanted removed and watched to see that mommy bird came back to her nest! GUIDO and the guys agreed to have me leave his money with a neighbor so I could go back to work and said when he was done working he'd walk over to the neighbor to get his pay. He was so proud of his work that he encouraged me to call him when I got home to tell him what I thought- I'm here to tell all of you first 5 stars say it all. The 5 stars are for honestly- price- hard work- communication- & making me the happiest! He even added two small pine trees at no charge and removed a stump in a garden bed that I didn't even expect them to take out for me. They truly went above and beyond!! I want to thank you guys so much! All your hard work is truly appreciated. All three neighbors commented on the drastic difference they made in cleaning up my bank owned property- and because of their hard work it is starting to look like a home!!! read more

These guys came out to cut down 2 very large oak trees. They came with about 10 guys and were done by 3pm. They cleaned up and raked my entire rear yard which looked better then before they came they also cleaned up in two neighbors yards grinded the stumps and removed all the wood. read more

Do not let Chris charge you by the hour. Charge me $900 to cut up the top of one tree. Was very dissatisfied with the service. Spent most of the time teaching his man how to rake absolutely absurd. Spent time picking up supplies and charged me for it. Very dissatisfied. read more

I am disgusted with this company. I received a beautiful advertisement in the mail from them, I needed four stumps ground down, easily a $500 job if not much more, and after TWICE calling them and TWICE being told they'd call me back, they never did. The first time he said he would come by that day to check it out! Why advertise if you have no intention of accepting business? They - meaning the owner "Nick" insisted on chopping my Kwansea Cherry trees in 1/2 before the final removal of the stump - Unneccesary as the base of the Mulberry tree to be removed was cut manually down to 10' - The largest equipment did NOT have to enter the adjacent driveway - at all - The chipper truck was parked in the Street for 4 hours - Never entering the properties! They did irreparable damage to the shrubs under the trees instead of balling them - ie 4'Andromada, lg hosta etc., Not only was the clean-up half ass-ed but the neighbor who wasn't paying got involved for her debris to be cleaned up and a freebe tree to be trimmed. This occurred when, after 4 hrs in the sun I had to leave for an appointment - The 9 guys become one to clean up - My 4 - 20 yr old Kwansea Cherry trees - were unneccessarily destroyed! They lined the same side of the property as the Mulberry that was to be removed - Access to the tree was easiest thru the neighbor's driveway but 99% was removed by hand and limbs placed in the truck parked in the street - (The neighbor gave with permission but The "tenant" flipped me the finger instead of moving his truck prior to the United arrival-So called neighbor was to have told him 2 days before. United guys stood around waiting. ) The aforementioned wasn't the worst of it - When I returned my husband had given the demanded check - So the paid for stump grinding Guido kept saying would flatten with the rain - became a 4' high mound of sawdust, 4 feet of MUSH! Absolutely impossible to use for any flowering shrubs and a welcome mat for termites! Days before - I inquired about the 20%discount coupon received in the local mailer - Gaspar ie "Guido" said "Oh no just skip the taxes & we'll do cash" 20%of $3,424 is double the tax amount. But they promised to come within a week - So I made the mistake of doing a $1,000 up front - They were so worried about my neighbor and a 1'rise of 6 blocks that they didn't bother to repair the irregation hoses they cut - That's why the pile of debris - was left - Like it wouldn't be noticed - The aforementioned "high praises" were obviously written by "Guido's girlfriend - Yes I did have 2 other quotes - So much lower - I thought they couldn't be right - I was taken for a fool by this company - Yes, the tree was large but up against a garage and no threat to anyone - Tried to do a favor for my neighbor - Who didn't appreciate it and assumed since I was paying more charges didn't matter and they catered to her rather than the one who paid - "Guido" ie Gaspar refused to clean up the 4' of debris and lightly buried the broken irregation tubes - Yes - I photographed their work - The money doesn't bother me as much as the quote that the butchered 1/2 of my Kwansea "Cherry trees will grow back" - NEVER! 1/2 trees don't rejuvenate - Not in my lifetime as a Senior.
