Our sales rep had recommended a signature alcove bathtub. It came in damaged. They sent a new one but refuse to take back the old one. It becomes our problem. The 2nd one looked alright and the plumbers and contractors began installing the tub and then saw a long crack when they took off the plastic. The project needs to be delayed as I wait for a 3rd tub. No one calls you back at Fergusons and direct you to call build.com where you wait on line for quite a long time. This has been a very frustrating experience. My contractor and plumbers will not recommend using this place I hope other things I bought from them aren't damaged as I haven't installed anything else yet. Tuesday 10/22, I tried to make an appointment online via the website and could not. It wasn't working. Just a blank screen. I then called and made one with the agent over the phone for Thursday at 12pm with Draz. I show up Thursday at 12pm only to be told I don't have an appointment, and they cannot help me. They didn't even want to save the sale with an alternative booking or anything. They were dismissive and just didn't care. I should have read the reviews considering this place. read more

I had a very unhappy experience. I had purchased a faucet set from Ferguson. I brought in the tub spout seeking help with an adaptor for a diverter for a hand held shower. It was a replacement for an existing set up. My plumber from Binsky Home Services recommended this company. The clerk said he had never seen a part like the one I brought to the store in his entire life. I was dismissed and told to try Home Depot. I went to Home Depot. Home Depot personel assessed the parts and could not help me but did treat me respectfully. I ordered the part online through Amazon and it came in one day. Some much for local small brick and mortar. Don't waste your time here. This occurred on April 15, 2022. The part arrived April 16, 2022 from Amazon. read more

Never again. I have an entire bathroom renovation to do and could not get any assistance at this showroom. I called in advance to make an appt, was told they don't make appts for Saturdays. I went on a Saturday and was told I needed to make an appointment. Couldn't get assistance otherwise. Pathetic and terrible. I went to seek plumbing advice for a faucet set that I had bought from Ferguson. The counter help today, April 15, 2022 were at best dismissive. The counter person had never seen a tub diverter valve. I was looking for an adaptor for a new American Standard fixture. My plumber from Binsky Home: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric referred me Ferguson to get the part. I have never felt so under appreciated at a store. Ferguson referred me to Home Depot. No luck at Home Depot but I was actually treated respectfully. I actually found the part on Amazon and it will be delivered tomorrow. Brick and Mortar stores wonder why they are losing business ...poor customer service will do it for me. PLEASE ...do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing supplies. There are many who will work to earn your business. Ferguson does not seem to be one of them. read more

I've called four times in the past couple of weeks to get the status of our order and no one will call me back with an update. Not sure why all the negative reviews? Ferguson has been the middle man twice during an issue with Kohler. They have gone above and beyond in assisting me both times. The staff is friendly and they have communicated with me during the process. Shop "local", these are the people in our community! Try to stay away from the big stores and support the little guy! Don't waste your time going here. I needed part for kohler shower and Home Depot employee recommended me to come here as they are authorized Kohler dealer. What a mistake. They told me to call kohler... Did not even try to find anything or even attempt of doing something. The funny part, after doing the research and getting part number from kohler (great customer service) I checked Ferguson website and they had it in stock. I did not know that I needed an appointment when I arrived however the sales lady, Sharon had a cancellation and explained the process. I placed my order, my contractor verified the order and the order arrived on time as planned. Their products are beautiful. I removed one star as they are quite expensive. read more

I am renovating my kitchen and needed a farm sink. I decided Ferguson was my best option. I arrived in the middle of the day and the showroom was quiet. I admired the beautiful fixtures for my kitchen and was a but overwhelmed having never done this before. I could not find a sales prison but there was a lovely young lady at the front desk who I had spoken to in the phone her name was Lorraine. She immediately came to my rescue and made my shopping experience fabulous! I picked out a sink I liked but she thought another sink was better for me and I had missed it in my initial search. Wow was she right!!!! My sink was delivered in 24 hours and so far it looks amazing as it was installed yesterday! I absolutely love it! Showroom is a mess - stopped in to see what my kitchen faucet options were as we are just beginning to plan our renovation - maybe HALF the displays are marked with any info as to brand or price. Annoying. Then you'd touch the handle to see how it moves and a piece pops off onto the floor. And no one available to help. Won't be back. read more

Horrible place, and they're more expensive than Aaron Plumbing. They don't acknowledge you when you come in and no one helps you. Then when you finally do get someone to place an order for you, they don't call you as promised to give you the status. I had to call and email many people multiple times to finally get an update. I waited for my delivery during the time we had discussed and they never showed. When I called about it, they said it hadn't been scheduled. I didn't even get an apology. Never again! read more

Horrible customer service. I must have called the sales associate at least three times leaving a very detailed voicemail requesting that she call me back. I Never received a phone call from the sales assistant. Unfortunately my plumber uses Ferguson; otherwise I would have gone with another company. I also had the same experience when I first visited the showroom. Hardly any of the display items had any information or prices on the items. Worst customer service. I even predicted it to my son before we went in as I was there once before. Receptionist couldn't even crack a smile when my 12 year old son and I came to inquire about a medicine cabinet. Not the least bit friendly, but more that it was too much effort to help us. We were the only customers in the store. Sent us in the complete wrong direction by pointing over her shoulder and we found the medicine cabinets after we almost did a complete circle around the showroom. When asked for a price on one that did not have a tag, wanted us to make an appointment and come back. Didn't care which one it was. REALLY!!! To much effort to help. No excuse. This person needs to not be the first 'face' that you see. She is in the wrong profession. We will not be shopping there and I will definitely be sharing this experience with everyone looking for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. read more
