The first of the two floor refinishers I called gave me an estimate but then never called me back when I tried to set up an appointment. The second vendor refused to do the job unless he was contracted to do my entire downstairs. Frustrated, I asked my brother-in-law, who is a builder, and he recommended Reliable. Not only did they give me an estimate the same day I called, it was detailed and easy to read. My kitchen designer, who has dealt with many vendors, was extremely impressed with the customer service and the end product. She plans on using Reliable for her future jobs. Her prior vendors were a bust. The great thing about Reliable is that they do what they say they are going to do. - and they do it with a courteous smile! I will never use anyone else!

This place is definitely a mom and pop style business. It's different from Lowe's and Home Depot. It's not a big place but they do have many things for anyone looking to repair, replace, buy new or fix up....I saw many workers coming and going while I was there. Workmen also placed paint orders over the phone and they had it ready for them when they arrived. I came in for trim paint and puddy to patch some door holes and give it a fresh updating. Erica in the paint department was extremely helpful along with Joanne. Because I wasn't exactly sure of the trim color I should use, Erica gave me some paint samples along with a color wheel I could borrow and take home so I could choose the right color for my trim. That would never happen at Lowe 's or Home Depot.. color wheels are expensive. Warrenvillle Hardware only uses good paint like Benjamin Moore. They have a nice selection of wallpaper and blinds too.
