HOW A KIND GESTURE IMPACTED ST.JUDE'S CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. - Savona Kitchen and Bath - Amazing…read more If you read one review - I hope it is this one. Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. For your next kitchen and bath design, don't waste your time shopping around - Just go to Sabri and make it happen. P.S. Our Kitchen Came Out Amazing

They provided us with multiple ideas, design improvements, and money-saving tips, whenever possible. They provided me a very clear picture of the process from start to finish. I went ahead and purchased all our bathroom cabinets, tiles, and countertops from them. If you are in the market for any type of home improvement, I suggest you should stop by Savona and meet with Sabri before you make any decisions. I highly recommend them.

He arranged a time to visit to take measurements and prepared a quote for us. We appreciated that he gave us advice, but allowed us to be creative and and use our preferred suppliers. He came out again to our house after we determined that we wanted his company to perform the work. We fine-tuned exactly what we wanted and set up a tentative date to begin work. After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. The bathroom remodel was expertly performed and came out exactly as we had envisioned. I highly recommend Katamount Construction. He came up with an excellent and very creative design working within the confines of our existing space. He kept to the projected schedule, actually finishing early, and aside from a few minor glitches which are inevitable with a project this complicated, pulled it off with the utmost professionalism. His crew, led by lead carpenter Bob, who's skill is only exceeded by his perfectionism, all did top-notch work. I don't know how many yelpers are going to come to this site looking for referrals for an expensive home improvement contractor, but I hired Beauty Craft because two different well-to-do friends were both very happy with the work he did for them. I'm sorry another reviewer felt that Dave did not properly follow up on their service request. Since we are all human, some personal eccentricities can emerge, but, in my case, everything worked out to my satisfaction. I've had no issues after a year, and I will say that he was a pleasure to work with throughout what can be a very stressful undertaking.

I just had one of the best experiences purchasing my kitchen and this is my third custom kitchen,…read moreso that says a lot! From the moment I called, I felt like I was in great hands. When I arrived at the showroom, I was blown away by the variety of styles, finishes, and designed vignettes. It really helped me narrow down my vision and inspired so many ideas. What sets Kitchen Expo apart is the range they offer from stock, semi-custom, and fully custom cabinetry in a variety of styles and price points. I wasn't quite sure what to expect cost wise. But they guided me through the design process patiently, helping me explore different options that worked with my vision and my budget. I left feeling confident and excited, knowing I had chosen a kitchen I truly love. To my surprise, the Vice President came out to offer her insight and I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, the owner, who was wonderful. They both helped me work through some of my design ideas, mixing and matching colors with the flooring samples I brought in. Led by Lily my designer extraordinaire, Viki, and Brian they made me feel like I was part of a family, not just another customer. There was no pressure, no pushy sales just support, flexibility, and amazing ideas. When I was torn between 2 cabinet styles, they talked it through with me with patience and understanding. This isn't just a showroom it's an experience. I placed my cabinet order yesterday and I'm thrilled. I can't wait to see my dream kitchen come to life. Thank you, Kitchen Expo, for making this process not only easy, but truly unforgettable.
