I came in on a whim as I was in the area for a doctors appointment and tried the Italian burger. It was great it was medium like I ordered, the fries were crispy and well fried. They had played a lovely mix of old oldies and newer songs. The drinks were well balanced. Not strong just to prove a point but also well flavored. Grabbed something for my form my friend to try when I go home. Server was able to recommend several options and received food in a timely manner. Please don't let the lame and ungrateful people who comment low scoring reviews be the determining factor if you come here or not. Crestview is a city with NOTHING and when we get something new the nay sayers come out and try to clown it like they're some kind of food critic. This was our first time here. The atmosphere is light and fun. We had 7 different menu items and everything was very good! The patio was super exciting and my kids enjoyed playing with all the different options they had provided! All the employees were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! read more

My first time eating here. Man where do I start?! My wife and I did not feel like cooking and was craving some good food. We were not let down. The food was delivered fast and I thought since we delivered it, it wasn't going to taste as fresh but I was wrong. We started with the jalapeño poppers, and the jalapeño inside. The popper was very tough and chewy. I had the firehouse burger and the quarter pound patty was more like an eighth of a pound. The flavor was was amazing but the burger was lacking in size. The fries were plentiful and delicious. If I had a bigger burger for the price it would have been five stars. We both ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. $39 dollars for two burgers and fries. We did not order drinks only water. We were seated quickly. Food arrived quickly. Seated at 11:55. Waitress did not come around until 12:05 to greet and take drink orders. The 10 minute wait for someone to come gave us plenty of time to decide what to eat so we were ready to place our food order at the same time. Our drinks came by shortly and that was the last time we saw her until she brought the onion straws ( at 12:35) that we had asked to bring with our food order. Five minutes later she brings out my wife's grilled chicken Caesar salad. Another five minutes later they bring out my fish tacos at 12:45. Not once during this time did the waitress ask us about drink refills or anything else. She did apologize for the wait when the onion straws were brought out. As for for the fish tacos, at least they were served very hot unlike the onion strings. However, the content of the taco's, although tasty, was worlds apart from anything one could expect for a taco. Call it something else, but not a taco. All the ingredients including onions, cheese, AND THE FISH was chopped/diced up into a thick sauce like mixture that was served in limited quantity into a corn tortilla. When a supervisor came by at the end, I believe he himself was surprised by how long our wait was and did comp one of our meals. read more

Usually don't write bad reviews but take from this what you will. Ordered Uber eats fish tacos, which comes with a side salad. I understand that Fatboys, at its core, is a burger joint. We ordered Italian dressing with the salad, but after asking where our salad was, fatboys said they do not carry Italian dressing so they didn't give us a salad at all. After that we opened up our truly disappointing.. close to $18 fish tacos. I would describe these fish tacos as cold, with a pinch of fish, canned salsa, and the cheapest shredded cheese money can buy. Granted it also came with sour cream and brown guacamole. I wish is took a picture to show how truly lame these were. Then we made your very nice host aware, she went to get the manager, and came back without the manager and offered to make it again. Sad to say we will never be going here again. read more

I have no idea why the reviews are so low literally didn't want to come because of it, we knew the fatboys in Destin was great from past experience and ended up giving this location a try definitely recommend we had 2 entrees 2 apps & 2 adult beverages the bill came to 80 bucks, I have no idea why people were complaining about the price it was reasonable to us it's 2023 40.00 bucks per person is decent, our waitress was top tier I can't remember her name a younger black woman with curly hair, she was very attentive our food was prompt & my favorite part was the location itself they have indoor and outdoor seating the inside has an open concept which was a plus compared to the one in Destin it's spacious parking was easy I should of taken pictures but we were talking we'd definitely come back I'd prefer this location over Destin one because it's closer to home and two because it's so spacious. Called Tuesday before Thanksgiving asking about special and their hours for Wednesday. Asked about the coupon for 50% off of burgers, sandwiches and wings. I specifically asked about 50 wings and was told that the coupon was good. Next day I called my order in and went to pick it up. Was told that they couldn't honor my coupon, I was told the 1/2 couldn't be used on the 50 wings. The coupon doesn't state that, it said wings. False advertising and they can do that for any reason. They should have told me that on the phone and I wouldn't have wasted my time. To top that off, I ordered and was told it was ready 50 piece. Once I arrived home there were only 30, I called and let them know that I only have 30, so I had to go back and pick the other 20. Food portions have gone down on some of the sides/appetizers (example zucchini fries) and the main dishes are not as good as when they first opened up. Service was great though. Just the quality of food has gone down. read more

Fat Boys Review: I was instructed by the young lady at the entrance to go to the Bar to place my to-go order. I approached the bar and there were no seating stools available due to customers placing their person coats, purse and etc. on the stools. So I went to the end of the bar and stood there waiting for someone to take my order. All the while there were many employees running around as well as the management. The establishment wasn't that busy except for the bar. In the dining seating it was only about 1/3 seated. I then waited for over 15 minutes for someone to ask me if they could assist me while management, and other staff kept walking by me and never ask if i had been helped. The young girl at the front door had another young girl there with her as well, and they were just standing there. I had to move or shift over several times to get out of the way of management walking through the rear door to the back patio where no-one was seated. There were two persons behind the bar and were extremely busy. I did not see the point for me having to go to the bar that was overwhelmed while other employees were standing around. I feel that the young girl at the front door could have taken my order. After 35min i received my order. and when I got home the burger was cold. as the fries were cold as well. I do not think I will be going back anytime soon. SO with all that said their burger isn't anything to write home about. read more

Very pricey for Crestview. Since this is a chain restaurant, the prices are suited for Destin and coastal tourist areas. I do however really enjoy the zucchini fries and Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Wings are hit and miss with either being good or just plain petrified. read more

My experience started off a little off when we first came in. However, once they sent Chelsea over to serve us it all changed. She definitely seems like she loves her job and you can tell. My husband was craving a juicy burger so a quick search led me to the menu for Fatboys. I drooled over it as I waited for him to get off work so we could go. The ambiance inside is nice and causal, there was live music playing in the back and plenty of different games on the tvs. My husband ordered the sunrise burger and I got the Hula girl burger. We also tried the Philly cheese egg rolls and Jamaican jerk wings. The food was delivered quick, hot, fresh and my goodness, it was ALL delicious!! Our waitress (Tara?) was VERY nice, attentive and helpful. I'm excited to go back again and try some of the other menu items. It was about $60 for all our food and drinks-nothing was on special. I see a lot of complaints about the price but we see no problem at all with the price especially considering the great service, short wait times and quality of food.
