With short notice, I was having a hard time finding a print shop that would accommodate me. I finally found Manny and his team at Express Sign & Graphics and they made the impossible possible! LET ME JUST SAY - it's always important to respect a business's normal turnaround time and to be mindful of other orders they may have to fulfill. When I inquired, I was ready to receive and accept a firm "unfortunately, we cannot" from them, but to my surprise, they were able to make this happen. I sent Manny my order request with a mockup, he sent me the invoice, I paid it, and he gave me a pickup date and time. When I came to pickup my order a few days later, it was packed in a box, ready and waiting for me! Before I left the shop, Manny showed me the final product and it was perfect! The t-shirts ended up being a huge hit at the release party and I'm so thankful to everyone at Express Sign & Graphics. The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.
