We needed signs on a very quick turnaround for our annual charity golf tournament, and FASTSIGNS San Diego - Sports Arena #114 did a great job helping us get everything done in time. Trevor was extremely helpful throughout the process. We had several last-minute changes involving our sponsors, including changes to sponsorship levels, the order of sponsors on the signs, and some new sponsors that needed to be added. There were a few things we had to work through along the way, but Trevor was very responsive and made sure everything was corrected and taken care of. We really appreciate Trevor and the FASTSIGNS team for rushing the order and getting our signs completed within just a few days. Everything came together in time for our golf tournament, which was a huge help. If you need signs made quickly, especially for an event with last-minute changes, I highly recommend FASTSIGNS. Thank you again to Trevor and the entire team for helping us out! read more

This is an update to my previous review on Fast Signs. After my posting they did in fact refund my money. Michelle, the business owner, was not the person I was dealing with. Perhaps if she would've been involved from the beginning, I would not have had posted this review and I would've had a beautiful acrylic sign in my office a month ago. I did in fact send an email stating all of these things about the installation, how it was going to go on a pony wall and inquiring what kind of brackets I would need. Apparently, that email was ignored or overlooked, which led to the unfortunate cancellation. Michelle, as a business owner, I would highly suggest you reach out to your clients who have issues via email, text, or phone and find out the other side of the story before you accuse someone and make false statements. Perhaps you should practice what you post. I have no ill feelings against fast signs, it was just a situation that didn't work out. I wish your company all the best of luck. read more

I wanted a sign for a protest on the 11th. I had a great poster with a pair of child's converse at the bottom. When I picked it up they had decided to replace the child's shoes with a man's size converse. When I questioned it they ridiculed me and were insulting. never use this place for anything if you want decent work and to be treated respectfully. Jill green. This is a protest of gun violence killing children in schools. read more

Update: The service recovery from Michelle was amazing. What initially was an upsetting experience ended up getting resolved and made right by ownership. Thank you Fast Signs for your quick response and care for your customers! I had 2 large exterior signs done here for my business. End product was pretty good, but disappointing Customer service. They cracked the stucco of my building when removing the previous sign and the only explanation was that we could get it fixed before they installed (which cost me $500). read more

Negative posts are rare for me. In the end I got acceptable product. What I had a problem with. 1. Fast signs made a spelling error 2. Poor resolution options 3. Total absence of responsibility for their spelling error between 4th and 5th proof. 4. 40% increase in cost from original quote in order to get properly spelled banner. We did miss the misspelling error on final proof. This error was not on previous proofs or artwork originally submitted.. My take always: Never assume competence by printers when evaluating final proof. I will never use Fastsigns. read more

I have been to many many sign places. I have never encountered a business that does signs and is efficient, fast, and professional. I honestly walked in one day because I was tired of all the other sign shops I have been to that we're not reliable. If you're looking for a cheap spot and a hook up this is not the place. But if you're looking for quality, good professional and fast signs, this is the place. It's well priced, but the superstar of this location is definitely Mar! She quickly understood what I wanted, and sent me different proofs. She is so professional and honest ughhhh Im a but mad at myself I didnt walk in here before! As a small business owner operating a brick and mortar store during this wack pandemic exposure is what keeps us alive. Thank you Mar! Thank you fast signs! I was incredibly happy with the degree of affordability and service that I received from Fastsigns! I called about 10 other places and they gave me the cold shoulder because my job "take to long" and didn't have that much profitability. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to my needs! read more

Note: The following review only pertains to the Pt. Loma location. I have had excellent experiences at other FastSign locations. This is kind of a late review but I had a terrible experience with this place last summer. The woman I worked with apparently did not understand the difference between length and diameter, and used the two words interchangeably in some of our correspondence. Her incompetence resulted in a $50 mistake on a $1300 order. Instead of offering to make good on this relatively small part of the order, the woman became defensive and uncooperative. I tried to reason with her that it was small part of the order and that I would like to give them business again in the future but this did not seem to make sense to her. I just felt like once they had my money they didn't have time for me and couldn't be bothered with any of my concerns. Like I said above, I have since found other FastSign stores to be a great experience so this review only pertains to the Pt. Loma location on Midway. read more

EXCELLENT service, EXCEPTIONAL work. I have been working with Fast Signs for over a year now, and I continue to go back whenever I need something printed. I work in marketing, and often have urgent deadlines that require immediate printing. I love working with Rachel, she is quick to respond to my emails, and she asks all of the right questions. She estimates project construction times really well, and never disappoints. I also want to recommend Sean. He is the go-to guy for QUALITY PRINTING!! Wow. I've challenged him with banners up to 16 feet wide... and he makes it happen. He's printed all kinds of materials for me.... from giant wall stickers, to foam core posters, 6ft tall pop up banners, to window decals. He's a PRO in the business... and if you are looking for a place to make your designs come to life-- this is the place, and Sean is your guy. read more

I'm very happy with my sign. Fast Signs was easy to work with, professional, and they did a great job on the sign for my office. The under-promised and over delivered on installation time. I worked with Michael who was knowledgeable about what product would suit my needs. Getting a sign, overall, was a breeze. Thank you! read more

I had a fantastic experience at FastSigns. I had purchased a mini fridge for my husbands birthday and needed it wrapped with the logo of his favorite football team. I brought in the mini fridge on Wednesday afternoon and got it back at noon on Thursday! I could not be happier with the service I received. Additionally, the quality of the wrap was flawless. Would definitely recommend! read more

Sean and his team (including Michael and Rachel) do top-notch banners and vinyl truck lettering and stickers. I can't believe how quickly and expertly they installed stickers on my truck and for a very reasonable price (considering how quickly I needed). These guys were great! I was sponsoring a public event and needed a banner for my booth...The only problem was I forgot to order it until the day of the event. I called Fast Signs on Midway just before 11 am, the day of an event, and asked if there was any way they could have a banner made for me by 3pm. Not only did he not laugh at me, he walked me through there order process. I emailed over my art work and 20min later signed off on the proof. I went to the store at 3pm and the banner was sitting there waiting for me...NO RUSH fee...they even gave me zip ties to help me out...Truly an awesome experience! read more

Despite repeated attempts in trying to resolve my issues with them concerning a job of theirs, they were uncooperative and ultimately cost me over a thousand dollars. They blatantly did not try to resolve my issues and clearly did not care about repeat business from me. My business recently needed a banner done in a day. The sales guy was incredibly easy to work with and understood what I needed and that time was of the essence. The next day I had my banner exactly as I had asked for it. The size, color, and font were perfect. I also had an experience before this where I needed a lawn sign made, and all the same things applied...timely, accurate, friendly. The quality of both signs were great and definitely worth the price. read more

This past few months i have had a beautiful sign done by Fastsigns, they took the time to make sure everything i wanted and needed was done to the best of there ability. The sign was a redwood Sandblasted sign done very well. The painted finish product was beautiful. They game me a date and it was done before the date.
