When I arrived needing 40 copies of a group list, the rep told me it would be a while because she was already printing a big order. I was surprised, because to my recollection they used to have enough printers to accommodate more than one order. The shop is now open M-Th, with Fridays by appointment only. And they now are closed for an hour for lunch every day. I believe all of this is due to reduced staffing, and I am sympathetic to this, but that day I didn't feel like waiting or leaving and coming back, so I thanked her and left. I don't know if I'll return or not.

We were assisted by Joseph and he was extremely helpful. Cashier was helpful as well. When we got to our truck we realized we had a flat tire. We started the process of changing it in the summer heat when Joseph came out to see if we needed any help. To make a long story short not only did Joseph help us through the entire process but he also offered and let us use his personal jack and air compressor. Since this manager has come, (a couple years ago), I am hesitant to go alone anymore, due to his rudeness, indistinguishable babbling, over talking, and rushing behavior. I am shaking by the time I leave, trying to remain composed, and have been on the verge of tears, because of his demeaning humiliation. His attitude is chaotic, and he is grossly unorganized! I was in customer service, and a retail manager my whole adult life! I would never treat anyone as horribly as he treats his staff and customers. He has zero customer service skills, nor does he show any form of kindness, patience, or helpfulness. His behavior is like that of the "soup nazi" from Seinfeld!!! He never lets anyone speak!! We will no longer go there. We will drive as far as we need to. I am terrified of this man. The atmosphere is so stressful when you walk in, and he is there! With a line at the front, he will leave and go to the back room, not knowing when he will return! I feel so bad for his employees. The few that have stayed, are great! I've supported Digital Printing since I started my business, probably almost 15 years ago. Apparently, the business sold at some point, to new owners and I've seen a price increase the past two years on my invoice prices. However, this year they are outrageous! When I asked why my invoices are over 750.00 dollars, now. I was told the 2 parts were hard to find. To make matters worse, I asked for my "paid for design" for my own logo and invoice work to be put on a JPEG. I wanted take my invoice somewhere else. I was told they didn't have it! I decided to price around and I'm happy to find my original pricing of 261.00 for the same exact print item, this even included the extra design fee, which I should've been able to get from Digital Printing! Now, either this new company is getting ripped off by their suppliers, or they are not treating the locals like they appreciate their business. I'm extremely disappointed. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but not at this kind of difference. I hope they treat others better than they did me.
