Stay clear of this company if you want your sign(s) to break down after a year. Promises promises promises, but all you get is lies lies and more lies. Poor workmanship, contractors never show up for scheduled appointments and the owner Chris, never returns calls or emails and gives nothing but false promises concerning his company and products. Installed 5 signs in our community and ALL of them are falling apart. For almost $80,000 I would have expected a bit more. Chris should be ashamed to call himself a business owner. Just so you are aware this is the product you are purchasing. About two years after installation and our signs from "FastSigns" are falling apart, peeling and looking horrendous all over our neighborhood. This product is subpar & the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. When calling for warranty information and repairs our emails get ignored. Appointments get completely ignored multiple times without notice. These signs are bringing our community down aesthetically. We paid over $76k and this is what we have to show for it. read more

I had a color 4' x 8' banner made by FastSigns and I can vouch that they definitely live up to their name! I put in the request at 1:00pm on Wednesday and picked it up a little after they opened on Thursday morning. The most incompetent staff I've ever had to deal with. I don't know if it's because several people deal with one simple order or just lack of training and common sense. Maybe both. But now I don't have magnets in time for a big job. I needed magnets for my work trucks. I did the design myself and sent it into the office in the correct format. I had to call twice to get a hold of someone. Then placed my order. After a week of nothing I called and found out they didn't even know who I was. So I placed another order...had to do that 3 times...NO JOKE! I called in over the weekend, and guess what ladies and gentleman, they had no idea what I wanted. AND wanted me to pay a deposit. Couldn't even tell me the colors of the trucks they took photos of. Very bummed that this very simple order turned into a month long of wasted time. FAST is not their specialty. I had a small project I needed done and spoke to a nice girl named Katie who was very helpful and seemed to understand the urgency. She made it clear that I would have a quote by the end of day (Which Never Happened) and informed me their is a min $100 order which was not a problem. When I sent over additional art to satisfy the $100 min order I received a quote back that was not what I had requested. It took me 2 days and numerous follow up calls to get this quote - When I finally received it, it was 5PM on a Friday - When I called to ask questions and move forward they were closed. The Supervisor Chris is absolutely no help and seem to be too busy to bother with such a small order or pay any attention to detail on my request. After wasting 6 days going back and forth with these people, I ended up taking my business elsewhere and received same day service. read more

I contacted Fastsigns in Boca Raton to create graphics on an awning. I talked with Jodie and was told that someone would go within a couple of days and measure and they would be back in touch with me. I followed up with my email so they would have all my information. Later, I sent a follow up email and 2 follow up phone calls in weeks time bc I hadn't heard from them and no quote. Over a week later, I stopped by in person to see if they had a quote ready for me. It was close to 4:30 on a Tuesday - the door was open, no one at the front. I knew they were there bc the music was very loud. I waited and thought maybe no one heard me come in bc of the music. I went further into the store and saw 2 guys working and I signaled hello. One of them didn't say anything, walked past me and waved upstairs. I looked up and there were people working up there in an office area. One of them came down and I asked her if they had my quote. She literally walked away and I can only assume went back upstairs. She never said one word, so I really don't know - maybe she knew I wouldn't be able to hear her with the music - but the vibe was definitely that I was disturbing them. I waited a little bit and at this point was so turned off. Even if they had the quote for me, I wouldn't be able to trust that the work would be done. Zero communication and not very nice. I never received any follow up - at all. Waste of time. BTW, you are greeted with a sign that says $200 minimum order. My order with them would have easily have been over $2,000 plus the door graphics and the metal sign I needed as well. read more
