The staff is great - all are helpful and friendly and some are exceptional. Issac is the best. He is very personable and yet professional at all times. He is focused and on task. Anyone can see he is an asset there. He seems to be the "go to" guy and works many shifts and holidays. I hope Chevron realizes how lucky they are to have Issac. It has been a pleasure to meet and observe job oriented young people who can multi-task while providing excellent customer service at this Chevron location.

This is the second time I have seen employees taking prime parking spaces that could be reserved for customers. In a busy lot where customers often have to park at the farthest end, having front spaces occupied by employees for entire eight-hour shifts significantly impacts the customer experience. Most businesses designate specific parking areas for their staff to ensure convenient access for shoppers. I hope Ralph's management will consider implementing or enforcing an employee parking policy to keep the front spaces available for your customers.

Just bought ten ears of corn. The first two I husked had worms already feasting on it. Three ears…read moreafter I husked them were already partially eaten by the infested worms. The outside of the husk already has brown spot. Even though it was on sale for 5/$1 total waste of money. I'm sure the store produce manager knows about it and just sold it to unsuspecting customers. The produce manager should have rejected due to quality. At Albertson the other week the store had a large garbage can next to the corn allowing the customers to at least de husk part of the corn, checking the quality before purchasing it. Please check the produce before buying it. Reprimand the produce manager for selling such low quality products. Cheating customers will not bring goodwill to your store. It will be a long time before I patronize your store again. Selling corn that was infested with worms.

Walking around behind people, watching like a hawk- almost assuming we were all stealing. She got kinda confrontational with me about the 25 cent bags, because most Self-Checkout machines will prompt you to select how many you grabbed- apparently Sprouts dosn't. She got in my personal space and wasn't nice or helpful about it. Honey, I'm spending hundreds on vitamins, everything was rang up, I'm not trying to steal disposable bags... Another couple joked about her demeanor on the way out too, so I don't think I'm the only one slightly offended by her. It's not that serious, Alma.

I am not one to write reviews but this location needs training on how to make a sandwich. I didn't…read moreknow it was so difficult to complete a basic life skill, only two ladies here can make a sandwich correctly. 1: My boyfriend and I came in a time crunch before work and wrote our order down. We completed our shopping while we waited for our order and came back to our order still not ready. As we stood waiting, another customer had just come in the store and talked to one of the tall deli gentlemen for a bit and the gentleman asked her what she would like on her sandwich order and cut her in line before making mine; gave it to her while we were already waiting for 8 minutes!!! If we can't make phone orders for sandwiches they can at least have it ready by the time I finish my entire shopping list. A different deli gentleman made my boyfriend's sandwich. My boyfriend circled on the form to put extra meat, we got the sandwich, only 1 slice of meat on the sandwich. We told the cashier to take the extra charge for meat off our order. I saw this same gentleman with glasses touching his face mask while making other orders, so disgusting literally no need for gloves at that point! 2: Another time I left sprouts and went to work after picking up my sandwich and the condiments I asked for were not in my sandwich, I circled all condiments and even made a sub note in caps ALL CONDIMENTS. I had to eat a dry sandwich since I was already at work and couldn't go back, thankfully I was able to get this remade for me the next day. 3: Today I went in for my sandwich, went to work and I opened my sandwich and the condiments were only in one spot. Are they not allowed to spread it out to even the bread to condiment ratio? If I wanted light condiments I would've made a note to put light condiments. I think this gentleman was new since I've never seen him before so I will give the benefit of the doubt. What I won't excuse is a piece of tuna on my roast beef sandwich?! What if I was allergic? Here's a picture of the unspread condiments in my sandwich today and the piece of tuna I ripped off the sandwich. I love coming to sprouts for my groceries and I wouldn't have said anything but this seems like a normal occurance when I go, it's starting to get annoying and an inconvenience now. I shouldn't feel the need to open up the sandwich on the pick up table before I leave the store to check if it was made correctly, I'm not a rude person so I won't do that but starting to feel like I need to or just order a sandwich somewhere else. Other than the deli, the rest of the employees and cashiers I see on the floor are always so nice and helpful.
