About 2 weeks ago was my wife's birthday and I wanted to get her some wine. I went into the store and gave as much detail on my wife's wine preference as I knew, which wasn't a lot. I told the gentleman that I wanted to get 12 bottles and he selected some reds, rosés, and a couple whites based on those examples I gave. He worked within my price range and made no attempt to oversell or push things I didn't need. All in all, It was an awesome experience, my wife was elated with her gift and so far, all the wines he chose have been winners with her! I even left with a six pack of one of my favorite beers I haven't been able to find easily. I'll be back here for sure!

They literally have everything you need in terms of alcohol (outside of liquor) and everything you didn't know you needed. The best part is this is the only place I have been able to find a certain apertif that is an excellent substitute to make James Bond's Vesper martini. Yeah, we get down like that with our booze. This TW recently made my personal Top Ten lists for excellent customer service when a specialist (patiently) worked with us to pick out wines and champagne for our wedding. We aren't wine connoisseurs, we just drink what we like. As you can imagine, we needed a bit more expertise to choose wines to suit different palates of a 150+ guest list. The young man was really nice and helpful. Even better, when he saw we were worried about whole cases just going to waste, he assured us that we could bring back any unopened bottles so long as the labels were intact. Say WHAT?! Totally did not know that before. The week after the wedding, they refunded us over $200 in unopened bottles of wine and champagne that the guests hadn't decimated. Now THAT, my friends, is how you keep a loyal customer! Keep up the good work, Total Wine! We aren't going anywhere as long as you guys stay awesome.

Every time I move somewhere all I can do is hope for the best in terms of bottle shops. Namely,…read morethat the owner(s) is actually knowledgeable on craft beer, so that they can consistently order good stuff. I have to say, this place truly knows what it's doing. Since moving here there have been all kinds of crazy top-tier drops: Cantillon, rarer 3F's, Fidens, Trillium, in addition to ongoing deliveries of highly rated beers (you're practically guaranteed to find a handful of beers rated 4.2+ on Untappd any time you walk in here). There's a good mix of local and non-local beers as well. I find it can be detrimental to focus TOO much on local beer. I also think they've nailed the size, both in terms of inventory and physical space, because product seems to move at an ideal pace. I've rarely come across too-old beer, which happens quite often in many beer shops. This is THE place to get beer in the area.

The staff is always eager to help and very friendly. This is a nice, locally owned store.

When I walked in after their remodel, angels sang, a bright light came on and I spun around in circles smiling with happiness as I couldn't believe my eyes. Okay, that's a little dramatic but that's what happened in my head as I've never laid eyes on such a beautiful ABC store! I'm used to the boring aisles with bottles lined up, uncomfortable mirrors so the clerks make sure no one is stealing and pretty much no décor other than some random cardboard advertisements for liquor but NOT THIS PLACE! They had a beautiful set up of seasonal liquor displayed at the entrance. A tasting bar built in. A beautiful display of airplane bottles on one wall and actual décor on the walls that made me want to say "I'LL TAKE ONE OF EVERYTHING!". If that wasn't enough, a salesman asked if I needed help and when they couldn't locate a bottle of pumpkin liqueur that I needed, he called a location down the street and had them hold it for me. Way to go ABC store, now if you renovate all locations like this, I'll be speechless!
