Honestly was really disappointed in the overall service of this establishment. Price point was very high for some fast food nachos and in the box the nachos barely had any cheese on it. It looked messy which is kind of expected in nachos, but it straight up looked like they ain't gaf. Got the extra cheese on the side with was 2.29 plus tax and they gave me this sample container that was half full with cheese. Ended up paying 25 bucks for some nachos, half a side of cheese and a drink. Overall would not come back, but would like management to step up their game for other customers experiences. read more

This place has been our go to for lunch for awhile. At least once or twice a week. I just love their nacho supreme. The ice tea is great! I must say the price keeps going up and up. The atmosphere has never been much but they always made a mean nacho. Just the right amount of toppings for the amount of chips. The ice tea is always excellent. When I first started going here a nacho supreme and a large ice tea was a total of $8.10. Not bad. Then it went up to over $9. Now it is over $10. After it exceeded the 10 mark they lost my business. I have been a HUGE Fastaco fan my whole life. I live so close that I eat here almost weekly. Today, I went for the first time in a few weeks and for the first time ever, I was extremely disappointed in my food from here. The tortillas on the burrito were different. The taco shells, different. The chips in the nachos, different. The chips tasted like cheap concession stand nacho chips. I'm disappointed , for the first time ever, in the food's quality. This place does not value customer service... they didn't add cheese to any of my orders rice, not a big deal. I had to go back through the drive thru to have it corrected because there is no other way to get ahold of these people... instead of them making it right and bringing me the small cup of cheese out which would take a few seconds, they make me sit in the drive thru for a second time, I'm there so long they forgot why I was there when I got to the window. When I ask why they couldn't just bring it out to me she just said they are too short handed... meanwhile they don't have a open lobby... and there 5-6 employees standing around talking about past jobs they've worked at.
