When I contacted Amy about the palm tree leaves hanging down and a bunch of branches left on my neighbor's driveway, she texted that she'd get back to me about coming back out. That was a nearly a week ago. I've tried to contact her multiple times but get no response. Why would a business not even respond with "we're still working on it" instead of radio silence? Seems they're just unorganized or don't care about repeat customers. I also paid for them to trim a tree that was hanging the fence onto my neighbor's property. They trimmed the tree but left a big pile of branches on my neighbor's driveway. I used them in the past and Amy and Cody were friendly which is why I didn't mind when they had to reschedule the day of because their tree guy flaked (2 years ago) or when they didn't return my message to schedule service (last year and I ended up using another company). 3 strikes and you're out! Update: Funny how they responded to my review on Yelp within one hour but don't have the basic decency to respond to my multiple messages asking for an update to fix their work.

I call him on the phone after a rock flew and hit my windshield. He laughed about it and was very nasty over the phone when I have it on video cause I drive a Tesla in the video captured it. I gave him the opportunity to fix the Windshield, but he has nothing but a huge attitude and denies it even though it's on video. I highly recommend you don't use this company. If this is how they treat you on the roads I can only imagine what they do on your trees.
