I have used Noble before to remove a tree in my backyard. I called for an estimate in mid August to trim a tree in my front yard. Bob came and gave me an estimate but told me it would be September before they could get to it. He said they would call and schedule a day and time. Fast forward to mid September and no call. I called four times to try and get the work done. I won't beg them to do job too many other options. I called someone else today and they came right over. I got a bid and they came this afternoon and did the job for 105.00 less than Noble's bid. read more

I live in a community that has had these people coming out and spraying CF 1 to 5, and herbicide on all the olive trees for seven years. This company came to spray with no notice given to any of the residence. If you look up the chemical, it is harmful to humans they should not have any workers or humans around when it is being sprayed and pay attention to the winds, and the drift, when it is being sprayed.. their employee April would not heed my warning when I told her not to spray my house, not to spray the trees near my house I have an organic garden in the back of my yard which I have spent hundreds of dollars an hour's cultivating. April would not wait for the board member to get out of the shower to tell her to not spray my house instead, she proceeded to spray my house and contaminate my organic garden. If you read the material safety data sheet with this chemical is not to be sprayed, and gardens in the food is not edible. I have a winter garden bearing fruit. I have bell peppers, all sorts of peppers in my garden flowers. Strawberries. It's a winter garden with solar, lighting outside. I have multiple videos of me telling her not to spray my house and wait and spray the rest of the property and stay 100 feet from my home. April refused so I went to stand in front of her when she insisted on spraying my house, and she sprayed me with chemicals up and down my entire physical body now that tells me right there that she has no respect for the chemicals that she is using she wasn't wearing the proper protective equipment and they did not give proper notice to the residence. They're employees are dangerous. What if he had a little baby out in the yard because that's how I saw her spraying chemicals up in the air 30,40 feet aerosolizing them with the winds blowing everything I saw these chemicals flying and I went outside, and I was like what is in that.. she couldn't even tell me that it was an herbicide. She didn't have the MSDS sheet on her and she couldn't tell me anything except for that it was CF125. She was wearing a hoodie and a gator mask not the proper protective equipment for laying down herbicide she was propelling it high in the air with Highwinds. I will be reporting this to the agricultural division of Nevada and hopefully April doesn't work there anymore because she's dangerous and deadly and for her to spray a human with chemicals, and not respect my request for her not to spray my house and to wait for further guidance from the H away when they gave us no notice whatsoever about what chemical they're spraying no notice to protect our cover our gardens cover my Jacuzzi in my backyard. Nothing.. in speaking to the manager Mike demure he had no concerns whatsoever for her spraying me with chemicals and he will not connect me with the owner of the company.. soon they will be served with a lawsuit because I don't know what long-term effects I'm gonna have for being sprayed with CF125 complete massive exposure! read more

I had several trees removed from Noble trees. It looked like it was a job done right until the trees started to grow back. I have been trying to get someone from the company out since may 31st. I have spoken with them and was told someone would call to set up a time. I have text messaged, called and left voice messages. No one to date has called me back or come out and finish the job. read more

This is the third time Noble Tree has done work for me. Twice for tree trimming and this time to remove a large tree that blew over and uprooted during the recent storms. I had Noble Tree trim my 5 Palm trees this year. They were supposed to come in July, but they had a cancellation and came June 3, instead. They did a good job trimming the trees, but it was too early in the year because 4 flowering shoots appeared on one Palm a couple of weeks after the left. I called 3 different times over the past 6 weeks to have them come out to remove the shoots, but they were always too busy and said I would have to wait until they have less work. Looks like I will have to find someone else to do the job. I don't think I will be calling these guys again in the future. read more

Used them multiple times for multiple properties. First few times were awesome, then there was the one time the driver (Who we gave payment to) or someone in the office must have stolen the check because it was forged into some girls name and cashed without us knowing. Then a year later we try to hire them again and they tell us we didn't pay the last time. Huh? Since when? A bill or a call from them would have been nice. We looked online and the check number was cashed. They were rude and acted like we ripped them off and said they were going to put a lien on the house. Turns out we got a copy of the check from the bank and it was forged. So either the driver or someone in the office stole the check and altered it. Anyways, we hired them again to cut down 2 trees and poison the stumps to prevent them from growing back. Well 2 years later it started growing back and this year when I emailed them about getting this corrected, they basically only said we did the work so long ago and that someone would have to come by. Then no more emails about when that would happen or what they were willing to do about it. Stay away from this company, they don't even stand behind their work. Just because you were supposed to kill the stump and they grew back a few years later is hardly my responsibility. You were paid to ensure they didn't grow back. read more

My first experience with Noble Tree was definitely a 5. I hired them for a big landscape cleanup, weed removal, trimming of some large trees and removal of one tree and several plants. Mike came out to do the estimate and I decided to hire on the spot. The estimate was done on 8/28/17 and I asked if the work could be completed within the next 2 weeks because I was going out of town; it was done on 9/5/17. The crew that did this work was fabulous and the supervisor was very responsive. They completed the work far faster than I had expected and everything was completely cleaned up. The area around the irrigation box (where there was a leak) was heavily weeded and they cleaned it up well. I asked if I should follow up with Roundup in this area to keep it weed-free and was told to have the irrigation inspection team use their special spray which would kill the existing weeds and also be a pre-emergent. I was 100% pleased with this first work and gave the supervisor a cash tip to share with his team. This original work order included an irrigation system inspection by a different team that was to take place after the cleanup was completed. I knew that a separate estimate would be provided for this additional work. I wanted to do two reviews since my experience was so very different the second time, but Yelp isn't allowing me to do that so I will include it here and will need to adjust my overall rating. My second experience with Noble Tree was a 1 at best. When I returned home 2 weeks later I learned that no one had come out to do the irrigation inspection (my adult son was staying at the house while I was away). I called on 9/20/17 to inquire and the customer service was completely different from my first interaction. No apology for forgetting to do this, just an excuse. I explained that the supervisor of the first crew had turned off the irrigation system due to the stuck valve (thinking that the inspection would be taking place shortly) so my landscape had been without water for over 2 weeks and I'd like to get this scheduled as soon as possible. Since we had received some rain during this time nothing appeared to be dying at the point ... and weeds were once again covering the area I had paid them to clean up on the 5th. Mitch came out that day to do the estimate. There were 3 valves in the box and he said I didn't need that many. I asked if he reduced it to one would my backyard still be getting water. He had to check that out and decided to just reduce to two valves. They were going to come out the next day but I received a call moving it to the 23rd (I shared I would be away from the house most of that day but was told that would be ok). This team leader talked a lot. I let him know when I was leaving for a funeral and then stopped back again for a short period of time before leaving again. I was assured everything would be done by the time I got home that evening. When I returned around 6pm that Saturday I found the valve box cover laying off to the side and a shovel leaning against my front porch pillar. I assumed they would return the next work day. They did not. When I received the invoice by email on 9/26 I called to ask if the work had been completed since it did not appear that it had been. Another excuse for why they didn't realize this - which did not match the excuse the team leader gave me when he came back out to finish the work. This time Mike returned to be sure the work was completed. It's now been a month and the weeds have returned, so I'm not at all impressed with their very expensive weed control product. Plants that did very well during the very hot summer months are now dying off, making me think they are not getting water because of the removal of that valve (I know absolutely nothing about irrigation systems, but something has definitely changed). The difference between these two services was remarkable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for tree removal, tree trimming or yard cleanup. That crew was superb. But I could never recommend them for any type of irrigation system inspection or service. read more

This company is a rip-off. They told me the job would take 4-5 hours; it was dangerous, would require a lot of equipment and cleanup; and they quoted big $$$ as such. It ended up taking 1 hour exactly from start to finish. But they wouldn't reconsider their exorbitant quote. I have been using Noble for three years now. Every year I need my olive tree sprayed and I always forget to do it ! (It has to be done only during a certain time) I found these guys (Bob) after one year I paid some other company after they told me they sprayed my tree (however I think they got paid and did NOT spray - my tree bloomed and yuck!). Bob calls me once a year to schedule a spraying.. he does it and I don't even have to be home!! Easy peesy!!! I thrust him completely . I don't have to wonder if it was done. read more

After multiple estimates, we chose Noble because of price, they accepted credit cards, and because some of the comparable quotes came from companies whose license & insurance had EXPIRED. The scheduling was a bit difficult due to the Thanksgiving holiday backing them up, but the contact there always remained in touch as he saw how their availability progressed. The day of the appointment, their trucks arrived about 10 min early, and within 5 minutes there were SIX people already doing their own of the various different projects. Two guys immediately started climbing our large pine tree and working on that, another one had an extended chain saw and went to the backyard, two others worked together to cut down and immediately pick up one of the trees leaning into our neighbor's property. The last guy was cleaning up the mess from the original tree in our backyard that had broken due to weather, causing us to call for tree trimming in the first place. He was also helping to clean up as the backyard guy continued to do his work. It was impressive to see them all work together so efficiently. We offered them all water and I don't even know how they drank any since the 6 seemed to be working non-stop. The results were healthier looking trees, and I noticed that where other companies had said they would need to remove entire large chunks of some of the trees, Noble's guys trimmed only as much as was necessary. It was clear they had the proper knowledge and equipment for each job. (The two guys working in the giant tree moved effortlessly like monkeys that had grown up in trees all their lives! ) One company had told us it would take about 5 hours to do everything, and Noble had said 2-3, but they were done, with everything cleaned up in just over 2 hours. There were a couple misunderstandings regarding which stumps to remove, and how many we actually had (our mistake), but the guy in charge took care of the extra stump at no charge to satisfy us. When it was all complete, I was also impressed at how tidy everything was left. Of course there were tiny twig pieces here and there, but from about 10 feet away looking at our front lawn or even backyard, you couldn't tell. If you hadn't known we needed to get work done, you would never have known they were there. They were a completely self-contained, super efficient, professional unit. After signing for the payment, I was pleasantly surprised that the coordinator did not linger for any type of gratuity...but they definitely deserved it so we gave the guys a tip to share anyway. We would hire them again in a second, and will refer them to anyone with tree trimming/stump removal needs! read more

Awesome job! I've seen the work they do another home in our neighborhood. I thought because of their terrific work, they would be the most expensive. I was wrong! This is a family company that does a great job and depends on return work. I called for a quote, someone was at my property the next day. All of my requested work was completed within 1 week. The workers were very neat and clean and quick!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Plus, they do more than trim trees. I used Noble Tree service to remove several large trees in back back yard. I asked them to suggest what trees to plant. They advised Japanese Blue Berry Trees. They charged me $250 a piece for Seven trees. Three of the trees have all but died and the other four are not doing well. I googled the trees and they advised they are not suitable for our area and if you do plant them, make sure they are away from block walls. All the trees were planted within 3 to 4 feet of a block wall. I called to complain and they would not return my calls. read more

The workers were very cautious of my neighbors plants, making sure our tree parts did not damage their property. They cleaned up the yard better than our paid landscaper!
