Two years ago we woke up to the fact that we needed a better online presence. Our old website…read moredidn't work very well and we could not even contact our former web designer who live somewhere in Kansas. I had never even looked at the website. We started interviewing web designers thinking that we would need a large national corporation which would cost too much for our budget. After researching and interviewing for 6 months, we were delighted to finally talk to a local firm, Fusion Creative Works. It was amazing to actually have a web designer who would come to our clinic for meetings, return our phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and who gave us a bid well within our budget. Shiloh is always on time and on budget. Her creative team has put together an elegant and modern website that functions the way we want it to. One of our big goals was access for making our own updates to the website. I thought I would have to learn computer language to do that but Shiloh had a much better idea. She loaded a program called Contribute onto my computer and I can easily update about 95% of the website using ordinary language. I still have regular contact with Shiloh for some updates and questions. We meet every month or two. We review my Google Analytics data and make changes to the website for purposes of increasing our SEO. I always leave that meeting with a list of changes I should make to optimize the website.
