We started interviewing web designers thinking that we would need a large national corporation which would cost too much for our budget. After researching and interviewing for 6 months, we were delighted to finally talk to a local firm, Fusion Creative Works. It was amazing to actually have a web designer who would come to our clinic for meetings, return our phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and who gave us a bid well within our budget. Shiloh is always on time and on budget. Her creative team has put together an elegant and modern website that functions the way we want it to. One of our big goals was access for making our own updates to the website. I thought I would have to learn computer language to do that but Shiloh had a much better idea. She loaded a program called Contribute onto my computer and I can easily update about 95% of the website using ordinary language. I still have regular contact with Shiloh for some updates and questions. We meet every month or two. We review my Google Analytics data and make changes to the website for purposes of increasing our SEO. I always leave that meeting with a list of changes I should make to optimize the website. The good news is that I can make all of those changes myself. I give Fusion Creative Works a 5 out of 5 Star Rating. Check out our website at www.myaetc.com for an example of their work.

However, this time around -- while their quote was reasonably priced -- they ignored my emailed order approval. And when I later followed up with a phone call to my contact (who I believe is a co-owner), I was told that a juicy sandwich was occupying him and that he'd have to call back. And I have yet to heard back. Meanwhile, I had an absolutely marvelous experience with DIY Lettering who promptly quoted, cut, shipped and delivered my lettering within two days, and at a cheaper price.

I was looking for a couple options- a small batch and larger batch of bandit signs( real estate type signs for outdoor advertising) for a local non profit group. She was so incredibly helpful and I never felt rushed with my questions and she was the key to moving along my project in a timely manner. She also asked if I needed stakes and those little follow up questions that made the whole process so seamless. I sent in the art work I had but it was lacking the polish and high res images needed. Luckily Caitlin helped point me in the right direction and looped in graphic designer, Mikayla. I have to say- I use to work with Project Managers and graphic designers in my previous job and if I was still in that role, Id try to recruit Mikayla and Caitlin. They just understood the assignment, gave options ( not pushy at all though) and got the job done in record time. The communication also was top notch and honestly I can't see why Id go anywhere else from now on just from service alone. Parking to pick up was so easy and Caitlin even loaded the heavy boxes into my car for me! While I was leaving I also asked for pricing on a potential future project but since it was during holiday time I wasn't expecting an answer right away. Caitlin followed up immediately via email and was very helpful. Def recommend signarama in redmond. Thank you Caitlin and Mikayla for your help!
