I took the Vehicle to several auto body shops around Vancouver who quoted me between $1500-$2000 to do a full sand down, paint, and clearcoat. Then I went to see Kevin at K P's Auto Body. He advised that the scratches were quite bad, but they should be able to wet sand and buff most of the scratches out. He was confident that it was going to be okay. I returned a few hours after dropping my Vehicle off, and it was amazing. I could barely see where the scratches were before. From 20 feet away, I could not see any damage. The price that Kevin charged me was a fraction of what I was going to pay elsewhere. I would highly recommend K P's! For those of you who may have a Lease Vehicle with some bad scratches, that you might think will need a repaint, wait! See Kevin at K P's Auto Body. You will be amazed what his crew can do for you! They arranged the rental car and even an extension as I was out of town a few days and couldn't pick it up at the appointed time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Luis who took me into their shop and went over step by step exactly what was done. They took all my stress away from getting my vehicle assessed, repaired and handed back to me like a super shiny brand new vehicle....it was amazing.... really!! If you want a no worry experience getting your car repaired after a collision these gentlemen at KP,s Auto Body Shop are the ones to do it. I really have to say my treatment felt like I was dealing with a company that treated myself and my vehicle as if it was their very own! Thank you guys for a 10 Star job.

I had a huge list of things that needed to get done on my one day off this week, but the sounds coming out of that one tire were saying there's now way I could keep driving around without getting it fixed -- I needed some help and fast! I call up Fowler, who I've never used before by the way, after checking auto shops via yelp that are open on a Sunday (not many are). I also called my dealer but of course they don't even answer phones. The guys at Fowler pickup the phone, I explain the issue, and they say "sure come on in today and we'll look at it..." 4 minutes of tire-grind-ouch-driving later and I'm at the shop. They do a quick inspection, move a few cars out of the way for me, and I drive it into the bay. 10mins later they have it all fixed and no more terrible grinding noise. I really appreciate the fact they got me in, were friendly the whole time, and took care of the car and issue. The mechanic says head into the office and we settle up for a very reasonable price. THE GUYS at Fowler saved my day! THANK YOU! PS: this is also the shop where they do all the yellow taxis, which tells me that they know a thing or to about keeping cars on the road...

When I even had a question related to changing the battery on my car fob, they were their to help. Another thing I like is that you are just dealing with one person. The service and price to fix your car is very reasonable and they don't overcharge. Other places are compartmentalized so your always redirected to another department before you even get to the repair shop and you don't ever talk to the actual person who knows cars.
