At the time, he was extremely apologetic, and I was understanding because accidents can happen. He took photos of the damage and assured both me and the staff at the motorcycle shop that he would take care of the repairs. What was disappointing was what happened afterward. Neither I nor the shop ever heard from him again. It became clear that he had blocked both my phone number and the shop's number. We confirmed this when a shop employee called from a different number and the driver answered. According to the employee, he became hostile, used profanity, and stated that he would not be paying for any of the damages because he claimed it was not his fault. As a result, I was forced to involve my insurance company to address the damage to my motorcycle. It's unfortunate because the experience started off positively, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy towing service.

Martin, the young handsome tow truck driver was very professional and courteous, and even tho my car was damaged from the accident Martin was very careful with it and delivered it to my house efficiently. Nobody gets to choose who it is that comes and picks up your car to hold it for you when you get in an accident. I feel very fortunate that it was the professional crew at advantage towing that were the ones to do this.
