Great costumer service and amazing pizza they were very helpful staff and made the experience amazing

My favorite local pizza chain! I usually go to another location, but this one isn't too shabby either. Their flavors are pretty consistent and I did notice the pizzas are a tiny bit greasier here if that's your thing! I wish the condiments would come with delivery without requesting though. Still a solid pizza joint! read more

Family owned pizza spot. Owners/workers are very nice. Parking always available. Asked for a half white, half red sauce pizza once and they were happy to fulfill my request. Pizza always tasty with sufficient amount of toppings. Not a dine in type of shop but they do have a table and chairs for you to use if your order is still cooking. Highly recommend ordering pizza from here over other name brand pizza spots. Support small businesses! read more

Always been great when I order in the last 21&1/2 years I lived near there!!! CLOSE enough to get without delivery.

Terrible experience. I stopped by this establishment and politely asked for change--single bills for a $5 bill. The man behind the counter barely looked at the bill before immediately accusing it of being fake. I explained that I had just received the change from a nearby restaurant, directly in front of their shop. He dismissively told me, "Trust me, it's fake. Go get it checked." So, I did. I went back to the restaurant, spoke to the employee who gave me the bill, and asked her to verify it with a counterfeit marker. She confirmed it was legitimate. When I returned to the pizza place (since the restaurant didn't have singles), the man was rude and condescending, questioning why I didn't just get the singles from them--ignoring the fact that I obviously would have if they had any. This experience left a bad impression. No customer should be treated with immediate suspicion, especially without cause. I do not recommend supporting a business that profiles or prejudges people based on their appearance. read more

Go somewhere else. Absolutely rude customer service. It's unfortunate because I think their pizza is good, but if the guy who takes the orders is the only person I'd end up speaking to every single time, l'd rather take my money somewhere else. I have been a loyal customer, but I honestly can't put up with this behavior anymore. I understand that some customers may be hard to speak with, but he speaks to everyone as if they're hard to work with. My day was honestly ruined because he literally never changes. read more

Great pizza but every time I order using the slice app I never get utensils, plates or condiment's. I ordered mozerella sticks yesterday and received no pizza sauce. Super annoying cause this is the second time this has happened. Not sure if it's the app or what but should be standard to have these basic items. read more

Do not recommend going here. The person taking orders is very rude and demanding. He talks to you as if he has authority over you. My dad tried calling he asked for a Spanish speaker he was denied. My dad then asked me to do order so I did. It felt as if he was discriminating my dad because he was trying his best to speak english which is bold for him to act that way since he talks with a very strong accent and sometimes is hard to understand. I tried to order but I had hard a time hearing so I kept telling him to repeat himself and that point he had lost it and said do you have a problem with your phone. I indeed did have a problem and I told him. He said come back when your phones fixed. In my opinion if you want consistent or new costumers this is not a way to act. he food is good but the service absolutely makes this place a no go. read more

I order from here from time to time over the years. The pizza has always been good as well as the customer service. Except for recently. Spoke to a rude man over the phone and when the pizza came it had a hair on the bottom of the pizza. Definitely will not order from here again! read more

Update on my previous review, I reached out to the manager, this time he replied right away offering to deliver a large Hawaiian pizza asap. He also threw in a Pepsi which I greatly appreciate. He also thanked me for my patience and apologized. It's all about customer service, nice words and fixing the problem goes a long way for a customer to keep coming back. I will order from them again, giving them a second chance. read more

Just had the most bizarre experience here with I think the owner(maybe). I ordered dinner for my family and I, over the phone, and was told it would be about 20 mins. Food was on time but when I went in to pay he asked me "what is your name and phone number", I told him he did not ask me over the phone but I told him both anyways. He started to become confused and said he did not have my order, so I told him what in ordered just in case it might ring a bell as food he just made. He then looked at my wife and asked "is he confused". I told him I was not confused and what I ordered again, after he went to look, he did in fact find my food but at this point I was offended and said I did not want the food anymore and I'll take my business elsewhere. MAN DID HE FREAK OUT. He said he's calling the police and took my license plate number as I was walking to my car, so I turned around and said I would wait for the police.(because I knew he full of bs at this point). He said if I don't take the food he will call police for me driving high or drunk. So again I said I'm waiting. This whole time, since I went back into the store I had been recording on my phone. He then says I never called them(I knew he didn't or knew they would laugh at him) and I caught him in his lies. After I showed him he was on recording he became VERY friendly and tried GIVING me the food for free. I have pics and videos of the whole interaction, since he said he's calling the police. Terrible man tried to threaten the police that I didn't want to but his pizza after he became disrespectful. What a joke. read more

I just had a very bad customer service phone call on Christmas Day with the rude man that answered. I've been ordering here for years and I asked to order a chicken pizza. The man asked me what kinda pizza do I want so I replied with a bbq chicken pizza. He then said very rudely, "Yeah, I know but what kind?!" What's more specific than a large bbq chicken pizza? Very disappointed since I've been coming to this spot for years. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this place anymore until they fix this issue. read more

I called to order a pizza and had the rudest phone call. Employee was very disrespectful and didn't want to help us out. Ordered a $30 pie and asked for plates, bald headed worker rudely and unprofessionally said you have to request them in the order and proceeded to argue with me instead of kindly handing me some plates. He yelled and screamed at me over a plate, if he is holding back on a plate, then he has to hold back on other things too, like peoples change and food ingredients. Told him you need a plate to eat pizza and he said I didn't. What a joke, who in the world orders a pizza and has to special request a plate? What's next? You need to request a straw upon ordering a smoothie? Those things should come hand in hand. I will slice it up to him having a bad day, took his frustration out on me and my dry hard sour pizza. This review was brought to you by a plate, did I forget to mention? Oh yeah, he got mad because I asked for plates at a pizza shop, cool. read more

Was searching nearby for a pizza place and this came up, I ordered a medium pepperoni, sausage, bacon and mushroom and it was delivered pretty quick. I opened the box and was amazed on how much sausage was on the pizza. The whole pie was very tasty and couldn't believe how much meat was on this pie!!! Everything was tasty and fully cooked, sauce was good, crust was good, This was a really good pizza pie and will definitely order from here again if I am in the area for work again. read more

This is my second experience with this fast pizza. First one I dealt with awful customer service, but decided to give it another chance because I never had bad experiences with other fast pizzas. However, today I did an online order at 5:33pm gave an estimated 60min delivery time. Called at 6:45pm because the pizza was not here just to get the response that they barely checked their computer and seen my order!! So unprofessional! read more

So deliciously filled with toppings and 2 large 2 topping pizza deal for under $40. They make it really fast for pick up in less than 20 minutes. They're pizza crust is chewy soft and slightly toasted crunchy. They're ingredients tasted fresh and scrumptious with the first bite. I've been eating their pizza for 30 plus years, since I was a child! My parents approved of the consistency in quality over the years that we had enjoyed ordering from them. I like their unique style and will not change ordering from them. I will update if there's changes. read more

person was very disrespectful and was yelling and cussing at me and was very disrespectful

I love how these guys call themselves "Fast Pizza". I was at my friend's house along with another friend. We decided to order pizza and my friend insisted on ordering from this place. So we ordered and continued to play video games for an hour and a half or so. Eventually it was too late and one of my friends had to head home. 10 minutes after my friend had left, the delivery guy shows up with the pizza. How long it took them isn't the worst part. My friend asked them to put a bit of alfredo sauce on half of the slices. When we opened the box the sauce was not only just there, it was SMOTHERED all over the pizzas. We gave it a chance but the pizzas were almost dripping with the alfredo sauce and it tasted absolutely horrible. Absolutely terrible experience and well deserving of only 1 star. read more

Don't come here if you want a bargain a large combination and 20 piece chicken wings runs 45$. Good pizza and a wings though

I've been ordering with them for 10 years now and they still arrive within 30 minutes. I think we've had maybe 3 issues that have all resulted well. They brought me a pizza that was incorrect and they brought the correct one and let us keep the one that wasn't for us. The second time they forgot my soda and comped it and brought another on 30 minutes after. The third time they forgot one pizza and this was all spread out in ten years. Good customer service. Excellent garlic sauce. Crust size varies. read more

ITSS PIZZA TIMEZZZZZ. I was starving one day, literally all day, and nothing would fill me. I had no food in my house, but I tried to just make do with what I had. Cooked myself a bag of instant noodles for lunch, had hot pot later in the evening for dinner. Lots and lots of food on the table, and at moments where I would feel satisfied, I really wasn't. Frantic and eager to satisfy my stomach, I realized that I had an ultimate craving for PIZZA. I decided to look to Yelp for the answer. I HAD TO HAVE SOME PIZZA. It was 9:52p I turned on the "open now" option on the Yelp APP, all pizza places except for Fast Pizza Delivery was opened til 10p. Nervous with how the pizza might be crappy, I didn't want to order, but I'm so glad my stomach didn't let me say no. I called around 10p and ordered myself a pepperoni, sausage and jalapeño pizza. I was prancing around my house waiting for my pizza. No later than 20mins after I called, I got the call I was waiting for. I ran outside, paid, got my pizza, and then went inside my house and gazed at the pizza. It was perfect. It looked so juicy. Still hot, I grabbed a slice, and it just melted right in my mouth. I wouldn't say it was heavenly, but it was close enough. This was what I needed ALL day. And Fast Pizza Delivery was the answer. The pizza was delicious, very very delicious, and it came fast. I've called Round Tables before and I was probably 5 blocks from them but they would tell me the pizza would take 1-2hrs to be delivered. WTF?? I was so surprised that this pizza came within 20-25mins. It is deserving of its name, "Fast Pizza Delivery." read more
