She made a Thai feast that impressed my wife's Thai mom (not an easy thing to do as she is also an incredible cook) and left all of our guests happily satisfied. Even our guests who are adamantly carnivorous loved it. And that's saying something. I can't recommend Chef Kimber more. She's easy to work with, responds promptly to any questions and is a master in the kitchen. Brava!

Beforehand, we worked with Jessica to develop an all-vegan menu, and she prepared a tasting meal for us. We wanted our wedding meal to be southern-themed, and Jessica came up with creative and tasty all-vegan options - macaroni and cheese, grits, collard greens, biscuits, bbq tofu, and a peach salad! Plus vegan fried chicken and waffles as an appetizer that guests raved about. We were very pleased with the tasting and decided to hire her for our wedding. The pandemic put our plans on a year+ long hiatus, but Jessica stayed in contact with us throughout and made herself available on the day of our wedding. She also made time to come by the wedding venue a few weeks beforehand to scope things out, which was really helpful. On the wedding day, Jessica showed up right on time, and dinner was ready exactly when it was needed. She also worked with us on pandemic-related precautions, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a really great experience, and we highly recommend Jessica and Humble Bumble Catering.

The service was just as exceptional -- the team was attentive, kind, constantly refreshing items, clearing tables, and so gracious throughout the event. They were also wonderful to work with on budget, incredibly accommodating, and even helped with a few extras so we did not need additional rentals. Wilder Space is polished, professional, and truly top-notch. We are so grateful we found them and will absolutely use them again. We ended up heading over about a half hour before they closed (I think 9pm is the closing time?) They were already cleaned up (the chairs were stacked, etc), but they insisted they were open and were totally nice about it. For the people who are complaining of the price, I respectfully disagree. This place is not your average ice cream joint. From what I understand, the ice cream is made from scratch using ingredients from local farmers. The flavors are not your basic b*tch flavors, and I can totally appreciate that. My daughter got a single scoop of Fresh Mint Chip. I had a spoonful and it truly tasted like fresh mint, not that artificially flavored green mint chip stuff. I saw the sundae special for the weekend and I just couldn't pass it up. Here's what it was: mochi cakes topped with whipped cream, Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream, blood oranges, toasted almonds, and green tea (matcha) sauce. I couldn't have come up with that combination myself. It was delightful! Overall, we enjoyed it!
