The meat quality and quantity were pretty good for $5. I'm not a big breakfast guy, so I was fine eating just one, but if you're actually hungry, I'd say get two. It's literally just steak and eggs, nothing extra. On its own it's a little bland, but the red salsa saved it. The salsa had good heat and added the flavor the burrito needed. Small note, mine wasn't wrapped perfectly so some egg fell out. Not a huge deal, but I was eating in my car and ended up with some egg spilling. Just something to keep in mind since there's not really seating. Overall, quick, affordable, and solid for a no frills breakfast.

Linda did a (stunning) large charcuterie table for cocktail hour, four different pizzas, a pasta salad, and caesar salad for us. We wanted to do a family-style dinner, and although Linda hadn't done that before with a group our size (120), she absolutely nailed it! I have a gluten sensitivity, and she was even able to accommodate my needs as well as the food allergies of our guests. She went out of her way to make me gluten-free croutons in the salad, pasta, and pizza. Since our wedding was at a private residence, her and her team were able to spend extra time with set-up and take-down. She is 100% willing to work with you to ensure she gives you exactly what you want. Linda took charge when we needed her to the day of and even stopped to hug me and say sweet words before the event started. Mix or match your choice of meats...sweet. So we got two chicken and one cabeza(beef cheeks). We also ordered one burrito with lengua (beef tongue). All the meat was tender and well cooked.
