Lorenzo, Andrew and Dorian are to be commended for representing Take 5 so well! Upon my arrival, Lorenzo met me at my car with Take 5's complimentary bottle of cold water. Andrew then greeted me and guided my vehicle into the bay. Lorenzo explained the various service options and then researched the oil recommendations for my 2024 Chevy Malibu. Lorenzo took time to show me the condition of my wipers, air filter, etc., and his service was personable and informational and NOT a hard-sell for any extras. I appreciated the authenticity AND 5-star service, and this will now be my go-to location!
