The woman who was working then could barely look interested. The manager wouldn't even come over to look at the door or speak with me. Compete idiots with absolutely no common courtesy. Just had my oil, filter and air filter changed. The young people who work here are really friendly and always look at ways of saving you money on your service. I like that I get a 10% discount for being a disabled Veteran. And they are quick with good service! Adding to this review...I took my girlfriends car in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I noticed that there were oil spots in the driveway at our house a couple months afterwards. So she takes the car back for them to look and see if the filter or the drain pan nut were loose. They say they have no record of that car coming into their shop for an oil change just an inspection in March. They have morons working in this store. Except for Lauren, she is definitely the brains of that operation. And they didn't put the sticker on the windshield to let you know when next oil change is due. Or reset the oil change. Won't take any vehicle back to this store until they get their act together. It's been a couple years since I have been here! It's Saturday and they have two guys working. I said I needed an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. One of the guys said he's not comfortable doing the tire rotation....it's one of the services Jiffy Lube does!! I am writing on behalf of my son (who has no idea that I'm doing this) who, on 6-21-2023, took his Mazda in for an oil change, driving home then starting for work the next morning (about 12 miles) the engine light came on, the car started to whine and buck. He immediately had it towed (AAA) to Firestone in Fuquay, who said that there was no oil in the engine. My son contacted Jiffy Lube that day and filed a complaint and claim. It has now been over FOUR weeks and Jiffy Lube management has not informed my son of the status of his complaint, other to say that it is in review, and has not offered any estimate of when a decision will be made as to restitution for the damaged engine. This is intolerable! If this is what to expect from that Jiffy Lube (I've used the one in Apex for 15 years now with no problems whatsoever) I'd recommend that potential customers go to my Jiffy Lube off Laura Duncan Rd in Apex. My expectation is that Jiffy Lube will do right by my son and promptly restore his car at no cost to him. read more

I know we all gave those bad days, but at the last visit there was damage to my car, tire pressure not added, no sticker about oil change return date and sadly my low oil light just came on. So thats saying to me that noone did anything, other than damage my car rims and send me on my way. I reported the rim damage and was advised to bring them a quote.. tried a few places and no luck with the resurfacing. JL should have people for that. Jiffy Lube is a quick, convenient place to get an oil change. The only downside to this location is that it is slower, I definitely prefer the Apex location. FYI, go online for $10 off a Jiffy Lube Signature Oil Change before visiting. I saw so many people not taking advantage of this free coupon, it definitely shocked me. read more

This is an update. Jiffy Lube ended up taking care of the repair cost for my vehicle. Both times they made a mistake they took care of any repairs and rental costs. So as frustrating as the issues I had were, Jiffy Lubes customer service is really good. If you go to Jiffy Lube, especially this location, your IQ is liable to be incredibly low. They don't care about quality at all. I'm getting my tires rotated right now elsewhere after getting it done at Jiffy Lube because they over torqued the living helll out of my bolts. I'm suprised they didnt strip the threading... Not only that but I had my rotors changed at this location before and they forgot to lubricate the rotors resulting in my right front rotor exploding while driving. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT HERE. read more

Went to get an oil change which was fine and done well. But they told me I needed to get my braces and rotors done as well. Priced me with everything around 400 which I declined and asked just the oil change and they came back a couple times with lower prices. Paid basically $100 for my full synthetic oil change and took my car home. Went to dodge the next day to check if I needed work and they said no I have 15-20k miles left on my brakes and my rotors are fine. read more

Great new manager just started a few days ago :) I just went to this Jiffy Lube today and it restored my faith in Jiffy Lubes everywhere. I have been to several different locations over the course of about 20 years of driving but in the last several years (I can't even tell you how long) the word "Jiffy" was not even close to an accurate descriptor for my experience. I have put off oil changes because I knew I needed a large block of time to dedicate to the task. Today, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. While I was there the manager spoke to me and let me know he was new & wanted to do his best to make any and all improvements needed. He asked if I had any suggestions for the waiting area. He and his team were courteous, professional, and fast. If you've been disappointed in the past, you may want to give it a shot again. I know this manager hopes to turn the place around and if you still have ideas/comments/concerns/suggestions for improvement I am sure he would be open to that feedback and would work hard to keep your business. Bought a Groupon for a signature oil change with tire rotation and rainx gloss for the windshield for 38.00. I called in advance and spoke with David and asked him if that included the synthetic oil. First he said no, then I asked him how much extra it would be to do the synthetic oil He put me on hold then came back on the line and told me that they could do the oil change with the synthetic oil. I brought the car up there, was told that they could honor the groupon, but the synthetic oil would be 20.00 more. I told them that was fine. My car get's finished, they pull it out, the young man calls me up to the counter and tells me that the car took 6.2 liters of oil, so the cost will be a little bit more. Then he tells me my total is 63 and some change (this is NOT including the 38 I already paid for the groupon) .... I almost hit the floor. But what am I supposed to do? Tell them to put the old oil back in? I can't. So I'm stuck paying a hundred dollars for something I could have gone to the car dealership and had done for cheaper. I will NEVER go back to another Jiffy Lube. Ever. read more

Oil change with no oil. I got an oil change at 1 p.m. and was told I could get right in, since it was my lunch break. After an hour and ten minutes, I was told that they could get the cabin air filter for me, but had to go down the street to get it. I let them know that I was already late and needed to get back to work. I was charged and sent on my way. No one was rude or uncaring, they just appeared disorganized and uncertain. When I left, I swore I would not go back there again. When I left work to head home, I noticed my car was making a knocking noise and at stop lights idled strangely like it was going to stall. I knew they had done something to it when I was at Jiffy Lube, cause and effect, but had to get home for my family. I stopped at AutoZone near my home to have it tested and nothing showed up. I called my mechanic and booked a tune up for the next day my husband was off. The mechanic did the tune up, but the car was still making the same noise. At each stop light, I was sure my car was going to stall out. The car lurched more and more violently. Many lights began flashing one afternoon and I quickly made another stop at AutoZone to get a diagnostic test. With codes in hand, I booked another appointment with my mechanic. He called to let me know my engine had NO OIL. They drained the oil and measured that it had a quart, but was not burning oil and there were no leaks. Last week, the day the hurricane was supposed to hit NC, I got in my car and the engine locked up. Now I have nothing to drive. I have called and spoken with the store manager, who was kind, but said he'd have to report it to "Corporate". I have a full time job and a long commute. Please don't drag this out and force us into court to get it resolved. That isn't necessary. Your company reputation is on the line. I need a rental car and a new engine so I can take care of my family and my job. This is my first bad experience with Jiffy Lube, but this is a major one. Please resolve this quickly and show us that you really are a reliable place of business. read more

Took my company vehicle in for an oil change. I asked ONLY for an oil change and after waiting about an hour I went to ask about my vehicle. They started doing all kinds of things to my vehicle that I had not requested and making me late for work. The worst part is they we're doing the things that the last service location already did 2 months before. They could have just asked me and I would have told them. They didn't care. Just because it's a fleet vehicle doesn't mean we want you ripping off our company and unnecessarily making us late for work. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. We just waited over 2 hours to get a simple oil change. The techs were moving so slow, it was ridiculous. There was another car in the bay in front of us that they explained was "having a glitch". We remained parked behind it while other people came in and were serviced before us. They couldn't even move us to another bay. Finally they moved us and still they were moving slow as hell. Over 2 hours later, they finally finished and when we got in the car, they hadn't even vacuumed it out. We have been going to this place over 12 years and we will NEVER be going back. As we left, the receptionist lady said the manager was coming to talk to us. We waited approximately another 5 minutes and he never showed up. When we finally left, I went over and spoke to him to discuss our complaints and all he could mumble was a real half assed apology. Told him we would NEVER coming back and he didn't say a word. Mechanics were very polite and personable. After that it became a downhill slope . I was instructed to pull in the second bay. A gentleman who had not come inside yet to discuss services pulled in ahead of me and was taken. Being that my set of services had already been discussed and I had been directed, I felt the customer should have had to wait his turn.. apparently he had been here before and knew who to talk to and where to pull for what services. It should be first come, first serve. Then we Were told our tag light was out. Asked if that would cause us to fail inspection.. was told I don't know.. if you don't know how am I supposed to know? After that we had to ask the young lady if our vehicle did pass.. after we paid and was told that the slip was at the DMV, I asked yet again if our vehicle passed, finally after the 5th time we were told yes. I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing this lady. This establishment seriously needs to work on their professionalism and customer appreciation. It's my birthday month and I needed my car inspected. Jiffy Lube was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law. I heard they were under new management so, I dropped in on them today, they took my car right away, the good looking Italian (Manager), was knowledgeable, helpful and good looking...oops, I already said that. I was more than happy with the timely service and the low price. If you haven't been there yet or if you used to go, the new Manager is definitely a great addition. I'll go there again! Really, really great shop. Were happy to help me with a car issue completely unrelated to the oil change I came in there for. Also, they're not a bunch of pushy assholes who try to upsell you 28 different things when all you wanted was your oil changed, a service which, I might add, is kind of steep (over $40) unless you google a coupon. Even full price, though, they're probably worth it. Actually felt kind of guilty using my coupon since I felt they really went over and beyond the call of duty with their extra assistance. read more

this place is all about upsale. when a customer asks for a oil change only, thats all they need. i dont need someone removing my glovebox and removing panels in my dash. ok, my hypo cabin filter was dirty, leaves and acorns on filter. i told them i could not afford it at this time. he put the filter back in my dash with leaves and acorns still on it. i said you just past a trashcan you could of emptied the leaves and acorns.his response...we are not aloud to clean filters. i inquired about wiperblades ...20.00 each..what? 6.00 at parts store. i got 5qts of oil 1 oil filter cost 50.00 walmart does oil changes for 25.00 with moble one synthetic....this is where ill be going from now on......beware of storethis in fuquay varina read more
