I needed to get my car running again, the check engine light off, and the parking brake fixed, so I could sell it. They were able to get the car running again, however the engine light was still on. This was about 400 bucks. When I pointed this out, they said they could take it back in to figure it out later in the week. I brought it back in, and found out a week later that they fixed the parking brake, but still didn't get the check engine light off. They had replaced some parts while trying to figure it out. This was 1100 bucks. I was then told that they have a friend with a different code reader that might be able to help them figure out the issue, and he'd have availability within the week. More than a week goes by, I call for an update, I'm told the friend is sick but will be better soon and can get it done. Since I'm already into the repair for a ton, I'm hoping that they might do right by me. Two more weeks go by, I hear nothing. Finally, I find another shop to take my car to. They get the check engine light off for 300 bucks, give or take. I figured that I learned an expensive lesson, and was going to let sleeping dogs lie, until the caliper they replaced during the parking brake work came loose, wore a hole through my rim, and caused a flat tire. I'm lucky it didn't happen on the highway or I'd probably have wrecked. This was about two and a half months after the work was done. To sum it up, they bit off more than they could chew with the majority of my repair, and instead of admitting it was beyond what they could fix, they spent my money. Go elsewhere.

If you're miles away, that's still the BEST place to take your car to. I took my car to a shop in Watertown and described to the mechanic that I had an oil leak in the car and also my transmission was acting out. The mechanic took a whole 30 seconds to get inside the car and his diagnostic was that the transmission was blown and quoted the repair in $2,800.00 I had my car towed to Andrade's shop for a second opinion. He replaced 2 transmission lines and $130 later my car was back on the road. I've seen foreign and domestic cars at the shop and happy customers walking out of there. BTW, he might not be able to take you in in that very second you get there, the shop is ALWAYS busy, but call it in , he will listen and work with you. Good Luck,

Arrived at 5:00 PM and immediately got off to a bad start when they made me move my car around without explanation. The employees were completely unhelpful - when I asked about getting four tires done, they dismissed me saying they "don't have time" even though there were two people working on tires and another just moving inventory around instead of helping customers. When I went inside to speak with the owner about the poor service, his attitude was absolutely horrible. He's clearly not cut out to be a businessman. Without even knowing what transpired outside (since he was in his office the whole time), he told me I need to "be nice to his employees" if I want help. He had no idea what his staff had said to me or how they treated me. The final straw was when I simply asked an employee to check if they had my tire size in stock so I could potentially come back the next day - and was told "I don't even have time to check." Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. The owner has terrible management skills and clearly doesn't care about customer service. His employees follow his lead with their dismissive attitudes. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for tires. This is the worst tire shop I've ever encountered. The police old not have him wait for AAA to arrive. Al's Auto Repair on Holton St. Danvers MA showed up to tow the vehicle. He towed it back to the repair shop.The shop was less than five minutes away. I was charged a 25.00 town fee 132.00 for tow and 28.00 fuel charge total was 185.00. I had to then have car towed back to my home. Al's Auto told me that because it police request to remove car in road... AAA will reimurse me for the tow. That was a lie AAA would not reimburse any of the charge. Beware when your car breaks down vultures some in uniform await .Shame on them.
