I recently came here to get my engagement ring resized and they did an incredible job. The original size that we agreed upon was still just a bit too big for me (my fault, not theirs) and they were willing to make that extra adjustment for me quickly and at a very reasonable price. They didn't seem frustrated with my indecisiveness and had everything taken care of by the next day. My ring looks beautiful and seamless and I couldn't be more happy! read more

I went in with my fiancé and engagement ring. I wanted to get it resized and separated from the wedding band and they really delivered and exceeded my expectations. This place was so awesome. So accommodating, listened carefully to my requests and got the job WELL done in only a few hours. They were flexible with pricing, it was just an amazing experience overall. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I am never going here again. I went here to get my ring sized down only one size and they said they'd call me as soon as it was done. They never called. So I had to call them hours later and go pick it up - first bad taste in my mouth. After getting my ring back and driving home (keep in mind we had just bought it and I had not worn it yet) I noticed the edges of the ring had not been polished correctly and called to have it fixed. They told me it was no problem and that I could come in and they'd fix it for me. Now, I was coming in a second time to fix THEIR mistake. Upon getting my ring back the woman helping me told me a stone had fallen out and that they didn't do it. Her explanation was that the ring was very delicate (even though it was BRAND NEW and had left its box only the times they were fixing it!). But don't worry - she said they'd fix the stone as long as I'd pay to have it put back in. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and I know for a fact that stone was not missing before I brought it in to the store. If there was any damage prior to her taking it to the back it should have been noted, she even examined the stones with her magnifying glass before taking it to the back. A complete scam - ruined my ring. read more

Caroline and family designed a new ring for me using an original family stone. The ring turned out beautiful and the custom design is amazing. Love their customer service and will be a customer forever! read more

You can purchase with confidence. Everyone here is wonderful with knowledge and service. I was helped by Caroline, and she helped me by designing a custom ring for my wife. I was a little nervous about it at first, but she was so assuring and knowledgeable. It was ready ahead of estimated schedule and was perfect. I was a hero and it prompted my wife to return to talk to Caroline about resizing and repairing 7 other rings in her collection. read more

I visited this business to have a watch battery replaced and to get an estimate for repair of the clasp on my gold hoop earrings. The estimate was $65 and I would need to leave them overnight. I said I would think about it. At that point the sales associate took the earrings back to the gentleman working on repairs and returned with a new estimate of $45 and said I could have them back them same day. I accepted and was given a receipt which read "Yellow earring". The sales associate asked that I leave both earrings. She later said this was a common practice to match the style of the clasp. Later the same afternoon they were ready for pickup. When I received the earrings I immediately noticed they felt different, lighter, hollow - and the tubing, although very similar, felt fatter. I left the store with a nagging feeling something was amiss. I visited RoMa Jewelers on Town Center Drive and asked the associate there to check the earrings. Mine were 18k, what were these? She confirmed that they were 14k and DID NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN REPAIRED. I returned to the store to discuss with the associate. They produced a receipt that read "yellow earring" and now the associate was insisting I had left only one. I told her that I left both at her request and they could check their video recording (there are signs in the store stating you are being recorded). The store owner was there and added that nothing is ever lost there and they would find my earrings. They took my contact info and later called and asked I return to the store to discuss. I returned the next day and the sales associate started with the receipt I had signed which described the earrings as "yellow". She said it did not read 18k and that I had signed it. She said that she had contacted EVERY manufacturer in the USA and that 18k had not been produced in the USA for more than 30 years. (A simple google search will let you know that THIS STATEMENT IS UNTRUE.) She then produced the business card from the local Sheriff's Station and said that they had contacted the Sheriff to protect themselves since I was making an accusation. I reminded her that I was not making an accusation that I was inquiring politely if there had been a mistake. I asked if I could have a copy of the card. She then said they didn't actually talk to then Sheriff but to his assistant. (I phoned the Sheriffs Station and inquired if the name on the card was an employee and I was informed he is a Deputy and does NOT have an assistant). The sales associate after asking how long ago I purchased the earrings, said that if I could produce a receipt from the jeweler where I purchased my earrings that stated that the earrings were 18k, that the store would make me an identical pair using 18k gold. This is my personal experience with this business and I am to blame for leaving the store with a "return to pick up receipt" that did not accurately describe my earrings. If they had said "Here's our employee that repaired your earring and he can tell you what he he did - and Here's our owner assuring you that your business is important to us" - I would have felt much better. Instead-THE ASSOCIATE WAS RUDE, MADE SEVERAL RIDICULOUS STATEMENTS, WAS TRYING TO BE THREATENING with the "sheriff card", UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. read more

They have excellent prices, quality and the best customer service! Not to mention unique pieces. Plus they have silver, platinum and everything in between. I got ripped off by pawn shop... they stole a diamond out my earring that fast fix made. I went to fast fix, without telling them, and they confirmed the stone wasn't even a diamond. But what came next was amazing. They fixed my earrings, replaced cracked stones and put in a new diamond for me!!! I cried for the kindness they showed me. Not about the money, it was just about being good people. I'm a loyal customer and a string of bad circumstances got me down. They actually restored my faith in people. Xoxo!!! read more

I came back here after they worked on my Rolex.....to have them check some scratches from me using it all the time and they fixed it for no time and also had them check my new bell&ross, thankfully everything was ok on it. I would not take my jewelry to get fixed anywhere but Fast Fix. I brought in a ring my grandmother's diamond ring that was in a fire and when they were finished my antique ring looked brand new. A small diamond fell out of my sapphire and diamond engagement ring. Fortunately, I had the diamond. I came in an hour before closing. Not only did they re-set the loose diamond, they polished and did a full re-tip while I waited. Also, my fiancee's self winding watch needed fixing that hadn't worked for over a year. We left the watch and they water tested, plus 3 other tests I can't remember and polished it. It looks beautiful and it works great! I am thrilled and will always recommend Fast Fix. read more

went into the store this weekend to repair the hands of our wall clock. i thought (hoped) it would be a relatively simple repair. The watchmaker took the clock immediately and started working on it at the counter. he repaired the hands and had it working in about 7 minutes. he also explained the problem and method of repair. when i asked the cost of the repair, he waived it off. i very gladly offered to pay $20, but he said, "next time." there will definitely be a "next time," as they earned all of my future business. read more

This is one impressed and very happy customer! I contacted Fast Fix to see if they could help put the diamond back into my wedding ring. I was very nervous about it because, afterall, it is my most precious and emotional belonging after my husband and kids. :-) The folks at Fast Fix not only were professional and incredibly kind, but did fantastic and honest work. They allowed me to keep my diamond while they added the new prongs to my ring. When it was time, they contacted me to come in and provide the diamond so that I could watch them put it in my ring. They did exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. I was super happy with their "fix" and cleaning of my ring. I felt like I had gotten a brand new upgrade. I will definitely be recommending them and going back with other needed jewelry fixes! Great job, Fast Fix! read more

My husband and I came in a couple months ago to see about repairing my engagement ring. It was a channel setting and one of the diamonds had fallen out. We were interested in replacing it with a solitaire. Benny was very helpful in showing us various options, and working with us on the price. After taking some time to think about it, we came back today with a loose diamond we had previously purchased. They were very kind and helpful in discussing options for setting it. The only minor complaint I have is that the original quote for the cost was very high, and when we questioned it, the lady said she could take off 15%, but she couldn't remember the number she had just told us. It made it seem like the starting point was just an arbitrary overpriced amount. However, they quickly came down to a very reasonable price. I also really appreciated that they had us keep the diamond with us until they were ready for it. Then they set it right in front of us, and quickly! Great service, and everything turned out amazing! Would definitely recommend. read more

Took my channel set ring (which I've had for decades) it had lost 3 diamonds, the gold had thinned out and then wound up bent. Thought it wouldn't be worth saving. The manager was very kind & she assured me that I would be pleased. And indeed I was! Looked like it initially did! So happy and thrilled that my daughter will eventually get something that I can be happy for her to receive! So thankful for the beautiful work & the great customer service! read more

A genuine treasure having Shant and Alin for our personal jewelers. Efficient, highly skilled, passionate about their clients, exceptional pricing, honest to a fault and much more. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. Had battery replacement on watch for first time. The back case had an obvious scratch that they used a pink marker to try to reduce the look of the scratch and three(3) crystals around my watch became lose and eventually missing when I went home. Now I'm sending my watch in to the manufacturer for the fix. I'm asking the manufacturer to make sure the other crystals aren't loosening too. My observation was the lady did the battery replacement within 5 minutes but had pushed the face of the watch down to open the back casing for the battery and then loosen the crystals and scratched the back case. I am now switching to the other watch repair place. :( read more

Chant Arabian and his team at Fast-Fix Valencia totally rock. How many jewelry stores outside of Tiffany's have a consulting gemologist on site who can explain what a "Spessertite" is? I am fond of customizing men's pinky rings from estate jewelry I buy online. I found a belcher ring in the Midwest with an 8 prong claw in pink gold from an estate sale on eBay. It was at least 50+ years old and tarnished, and the prongs had wear and tear. The ring held an ugly pinkish synthetic ruby which under a 10x loupe revealed was chipped. I brought Chant a hauntingly deep red sparkling 7.7 mm round 2.20 ct. African Spessertite (by way of Thailand on eBay) which he artfully set in the ring with the aid of his modern gold-welding laser machine. He also shined up the gold like new and resized the ring for my pinky. Men's pinky rings (like ties) are a subtle opportunity to make a statement, and when I wear this one, I get asked a lot, "What the heck is that?" Chant has several workstations staffed with master jewelers and knowledgeable friendly sales people. If you have a vision for creating a truly personal piece of jewelry--and you are on a budget--you owe it to yourself to go in and consult with Chant Arabian and his staff. read more
