This is a great place!! I took my bracelet in and thought it was unfixable, but they fixed it! There wasn't a wait to drop it off and when I picked it up they gave me candy while I was waiting. What I liked most is the fair price and also that they didn't just give me my bracelet back, they showed me what they did and how they fixed it. Great customer service and I will definitely be coming back to have some of my other pieces fixed! read more

Great service, came in for a watch band adjustment on an elegant watch...nailed it.

Horrendous customer service on the phone lines. I asked the female receptionist ( didn't introduce herself by name) if there would be an additional charge for fixing an extremely loose ring that I got repaired here in December and she immediately became defensive and even tried to imply that I had not had my ring fixed here. She then said that I was washing my hands with the ring on and this is why the ring no longer fit when I clearly stated that I was reaching for something and noticed the ring sliding way off of my finger at the beginning of the phonecall. I also told her that I had the ring filled to fit better, and she tried to suggest that I was confused and that my ring had only been filled, and not resized, as if the two were mutually exclusive. When I restated that the ring was both filled and resized she switched gears and told me nothing could be done about the repairs if I didn't have the receipt, which I do in fact have. When I asked if she was having a bad day and if this is why she was irritated at me she said she wasn't and tried to brush off her attitude. She did not once acknowledge her behavior or apologize for the terrible customer service. She ended up just telling me that they would do what they could for me if I brought in the ring and my receipt. She tried to mask her annoyance by being somewhat pleasant and the end ofor the call but it sounded kinda disingenuous. This really made me uncomfortable, especially since I am not a confrontational person and also since I had such a good experience back in December when I got my ring resized. Edit: This review was written on the day of the event. read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Alin, Caroline and all of the people at Fast Fix are wonderful. Great prices and good selection and beautiful custom pieces as well. They have worked on my wedding rings, as well as made several custom pieces for me. Would recommend over and over again. Fast, good quality work. Great service and they know what they are doing. Walked into the store to size a watch, and the guys were great! Very friendly and quick, would definitely recommend this location for your watch and jewelry needs! read more

Have used this store for many years for watch battery changes and small purchases of items on consignment, etc. Brought in my grandmother's ring to have some cleaning and minor restoration done, and we agreed to a "$75" appraisal as part of the package. Ring came out nice, but I have never been able to get the appraisal, despite many attempts and correspondence and in-person trips to the shop. Am now being asked to come back in with the ring so they can redo it as the files were all lost. It's been 6+ months of this. Nice shop, nice people, but disappointed in the level of professionalism shown here and will probably look elsewhere moving forward. read more

This place is amazing. They adjusted my Michael Kors watch so fast and efficiently. They rendered me speechless. Grateful for the service.

I really like this guy in here. He's honest and does an awesome job all the time. I've been coming to him with all my husbands watch repairs for at least 6 years. He's fast, does a great quality of work and has fair prices. They also have an AWESOME watch selection!!! I would defiantly recommend them and defiantly return. read more

Received awesome service today. My daughter and I brought in 2 necklaces, one broken chain and another chain that was all knotted up. We were given an estimate of 1 1/2 hrs. They were ready way before that and the lady who helped us was so friendly. She even gave us a discount for my daughter having great grades! I will be back for sure. read more

I took my Citizen H500 watch here this evening because the stopwatch would always reset to the 1 second mark instead of 0. They fixed my watch and cleaned it for me at a very reasonable price. The staff was super friendly to me as well. If I have any other problems with any of the other watches in my collection I will be coming to Fast Hix to get them serviced :) read more

I've been in here a few times now and absolutely love Jon! I've brought in a few pieces of mine that needed repairs and he made them gorgeous again! He sat and talked to me as I explained to him why my jewelry meant so much to me and he completely helped me out. I have brought my mom and best friend in to get some of their jewelry repaired and they both are so happy with how their pieces look new again! (Both of their pieces were vintage with very delicate work) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs and also buying jewelry, I've seen some amazing pieces and have never met someone selling you jewelry try to figure out you and your style of jewelry. read more

They are amazing. Hands down, they do the job well done. Had my dad's ring cleaned. It's amazing how they cleaned it so well that it is just like brand new - shiny and crisp clean! If you are a fellow traveler like me, look for Shant. /G\ read more

I'm a person who is very hard on jewelry and have had my share of problems. Necklaces break, I seem to buy bracelets where there is no safety lock, and I have no way to put them on because (what do you call it when you can't get the hook through the little hole, the fastener?) I just bought a jade bracelet and within one month it began to keep coming off. I had a safety lock but it bent out of shape and became unusable. I've found Fast Fix in the Westfield Shopping Center in Valencia. They are so sweet and very professional. Yes, things get fixed fast, but with quality. They adhere to high standards, they have batteries for every kind of watch or clock. The other day, Carolyn helped me with a problem that I hadn't noticed but she did! My wedding ring was in bad shape. It was breaking and had problems with stones. Carolyn gave me options that I could take. I could have bought a new one or have the ring fixed. I saw such gorgeous rings on sale for 80% off!!! Just exquisite! I decided to have my ring fixed for sentimental reasons and I can't wait to get it back tomorrow. All the other personnel are friendly and could not be nicer! This place should be checked out just to see their gorgeous displays of merchandise! Ellen, MSW, ACSW read more

This past week I took my Casio sea Pathfinder watch in to have the capacitor replaced, as the watch does not stay charged like it did it the early part of it's life, as I have had it for 15 years with no problem. James who was helping me, and who I had interactions with in the past and was more than helpful. James took the watch to the repair guy and being that the watch had a full charge, James returned with the watch and said there was no need to do any work on the watch seeing that it was fully charged. I then explained I had owned the watch for 15 year and it had fully discharged after being in a watch box for 2 months, and that this discharge did not happen at the early stages in ownership, and that the operating condition had changed due to the age of the watch. James insisted that no need to change the capacitor based on the status of the watch at the time of inspection with a full charge. Discounting the viewpoint of the customer who has a working knowledge of the watch over it's life is an interesting approach. I then asked James about cleaning and polishing my rings and how much that would cost. He replied with $110, I was taken back by the price as I have never gotten that price quoted for cleaning, James did not explain what the $110 cleaning workflow consisted of. I returned the next week and asked what they did for the cleaning of my rings. He said they would place my rings in an ultrasonic cleaning machine for 2 days to deep clean my rings and get all the dirt out of every nook and cranny, and then buff them out. HMMM that does not sound like $110 worth of work. I went to Sears and purchased 3 buffing wheels and polishing compound for $14 and placed them in a solution of hot water and a cleaning solution and spent 30 min buffing them and they were good as new. Back to the watch interaction. I left the watch on a Saturday and was told it would be ready some time during the week. I returned one week later to find the work had not been done and the repair guy explained that he felt there was no need to do any work. I indicated that there as a level of expectation set when I dropped the watch off, and if there was a proposed change in plans they should have called me to allow me to chose how I wanted to proceed. after a bit of convincing they did the work for the $66. and I am back in business. in summary, I would say 1 thing and that is when a vendor prays on what the customer does not know to manipulate the price is not doing business with integrity, and shows poor judgement on the part of James and store management who allows this to happen. if I had this experience there are probably others that have not come to this out let to tell there story. I have done business with them over the years and I have had good experiences, not great or excellent. I want to give a business the benefit of the doubt and a chance to do the right thing. I saw that James when interacting with other customers was more upbeat, I was pleasant with him and was not snarky, condescending, or negative, he was quite dismissive on both encounters. Be aware of how much things cost do your homework shop it, before you buy it. read more

Be carful with this store, very bad services and overcharged price. The worse part is they are rude and mean under big SMILE to you. They display awards they got( through what way, who knows? Maybe paid lot of money from customers?), when you are not satisfied with the result and crappy slow service, (it took me to wait 30' at least two times just to find the watch I sent to change the battery which cost $58! ) the short curly hair man turned his face into cold ice immediately and told me they were not perfect, that was what the could do. They can take everything out, they did not care, because we paid 10' ago while kept on waiting. Although they knew we were upset both by their bad service and rude altitude, the guy still said had a nice day when we walked out. Then we heard very loud laughing behind us.. like teasing how stupid we were. The reason to give 1 star because i do not know how to give No star. Very bad experience ever. If you do not want to get bullied, find another one. read more

Fast Fix - My beautiful ring - Jewelry Near Me - Valencia, California

Brought in my earrings since one of the posts came off. One the earrings had a white gold post which didn't need fixing. When I got home to inspect them after they had fixed the one that needed to be repaired, I noticed they taken off the gold post and replaced it with a cheap post as well as the one that need to be fixed. Now the backings don't screw in properly. Needless to say I won't be being anything else back there!! read more

When the band of my wedding ring bent I was in a panic. The jeweler I had used for years retired and I ran to Fast Fix at the mall, not knowing where to turn. FastFix was very very helpful! I travel a lot for business and went there after my watch broke as I went through airport security(Off course right, another headache from airport security). Came to this store because I walked by and it looked nice, and I'm glad I went inside. The employees were very nice and welcomed me right away. They had customers in front of me and let me know they would be right with me. Turns out I just needed a watch pin, after a few minutes, they fixed it right up, cleaned the watch for me when I didn't even ask for that service and even offered to clean my favorite piece of jewelry for no charge! Off course I said yes, who doesn't like a free cleaning on their jewelry?! I even bought a really cool Ace of Spades Zippo lighter while I was waiting! Thanks Fast Fix for the great service and just being nice!! read more
