I have a watch that I love. I bought it for $21 and have had it for two plus years. Got a new battery for it when it stopped running, but it still didn't work. Figured I'd try this place because they had great reviews on Yelp, plus I thought I'd see how much it'd be to fix my wedding ring prongs while I was there. It's been a few years since the last time they were adjusted. They examined my ring, told me I shouldn't wear it until it's fixed because I could lose the diamond, the prongs were so bad. They gave me a small baggie to put it in for safe keeping. Explained that when I'm ready to have it fixed their protocol is to give me my diamond and hold on to it (to ensure it's the same one when they re-place it), which I appreciated since it's near and dear to my heart (and was expensive), then when the prongs are fixed they have me bring in the diamond, they set it, I pay and leave. Sounded great. Price? $326! There was no way we'd spend that without shopping around first. They saw our hesitation and gave us a "special" price of $226 instead along with their card "special for you $100 off, good anytime". They made sure to iterate that they couldn't go any lower than that because they pay their jeweler $200/hour. So, I ask about my watch. They change the battery and band for $26. Cool. It seemed to be working after he set the time. Told me battery is under guarantee for a year. Cool, too. I get home, it stopped working. Darn! So I take it back to them. They check to ensure it was a good battery, and it was, however the innards of the watch are needing replacement. How much will it be? $67 (that's with tax). Pricey for a darn $21 watch BUT I love that watch and you can't buy one like it any more, so I gave it a go. The day after I got my watch back, I went to put it on after my shower, and it's on the floor. It fell. Darn it! And the secondhand is now unhinged and spins all over the place depending on gravity. It does keep time though. Well, I take it in to Fast Fix and tell them about the secondhand, explained it's fallen MANY times and it never dislodged before their repair. They must not have put it on tight enough. They said it'd be $67 to fix it. What? But it wasn't right to begin with. It shouldn't come off so easily. "Sorry, we gotta pay our guy for his time." I walked out. It keeps time, so it's going to have to be secondhand-broken. Thing is though, when someone pays as much as they charge for that sort of thing, the customer expect it to be as good as NEW afterward. The hundreds (that's an exaggeration, but still...many, many) times I've knocked it around, dropped it, whatever, that secondhand never once budged out of place. And I only paid $21 for that quality, but it falls the very day AFTER I got it home and it's broken that easily after paying for $67 quality? And they won't back their quality to keep a customer happy and coming back? Sure, they saved themselves the price of their jeweler for that one job, but they lost my business for the life of my owning jewelry. It's not that I'm mad, I'm not. It's that expensive quality usually means GOOD, guaranteed quality. They back a (relatively cheap) ($15!) battery of course, but when the coins rub together in the tune of $67+, not a chance. Jewelry takes a beating. Especially watches, which, according to their name, is their speciality. Who fixes a watch, that they know is going to go through some abuse, but don't screw the secondhand on well enough, then won't back their work once they don't? I didn't even argue with the lady. She told me the price. I briefly and calmly explained my thoughts, and she still stood by with the "we gotta pay our guy". And I thought, not with my money, you don't. I'm done here. Thank you, anyway. Bottom line: they're VERY pricey. (Another jeweler across the street and another one in the same mall quoted me $156, $140 respectively for my ring repair). Second: they don't stand by their expensive repairs. Customer service is expensive, and they aren't willing to pay the price. The Fast Fix guy who replaced my band and battery asked me to post on Yelp and here I am. Funny, I used their awesome Yelp rating in deciding to use them and now I'm never going back to them. Ironic. Update: We got my diamond reset beautifully at Dominique's by Edwards Theater for $150. She was wonderful. Fast, beautiful work, professional and so friendly. read more

My wife and I recently visited this store as suggested by Lenscrafters who were unable to fix my wife's glasses. Joey of Fast-Fix took upon himself to have his jeweler not only inspect the glasses but to quickly fix the problem at no charge. He really prevailed in customer service and really impressed us. read more

We have been going here for years to get batteries in our watches and small repairs. We decided to reset my wedding set in white gold. They were so helpful with design and worked with us thruout the process. We love it. Could not be happier with the service and the high quality of my ring. They are much more than repair. I happened to be in the mall to get my phone fixed at the apple store. I had a bracelet of my mom's that needed repaired. I walked in and was greeted immediately by such a nice woman. She quoted me a fair price and an hour to fix. I went to Apple and my phone took over an hour. The jeweler called me to let me know the bracelet was ready. They fixed it fast and easy. I then asked to have my ring sized measured for a ring my mom is having made for me. She took her time to measure my fingers and was so nice about it. read more

I have been to fast fix several times over the last few years and the service is always fast and very friendly! Ive purchased jewelry and even had a very old antique watch repaired that was my grandmothers. They are very capable and knowledgeable and I have never had anything less than excellent service. These guys have great customer service. Brought my MK watch in for a battery replacement only to find out that when I had the battery replaced last time it was not properly reset. They reset the watch for free and sent me on my way. I highly recommend them! read more

I went to this store because I needed to get my watch sized. They did that quick and professionally. Then while waiting I asked if I could see a Kenneth Cole watch. They showed me and WOW, it was really nice. So I splurged on myself and purchased the watch which I really didn't need but liked it. If it wasn't for their good service and selection of product, I would not have bought anything. This is the place to go for if you are looking for a large selection of Jewelry and Watches, and also get great customer service to go along with it. If you are in the market for any type of purchase and/or service, this place has it all. Keep up the good work read more

My wife and I have visited this shop a few times within the last few months while trying to decide exactly where we were going to have our perfect ring made. Each time we went, they were very friendly and patient, and not pushy. We finally decided to have them set our stone, and they did an amazing job. Best of all, my wife was happy! I would definitely recommend their services. read more

I recently went to fast fix to get my fiancés (now wife) ring cleaned. We met Alin, which just so happens to be the sweetest gal ever! We shopped around and ended up leaving with my black tungsten ring which was a third of the cost of all other places and it rocks! We also left with a clean ring and a work order to have two custom made wedding bands for my wife's ring. My wife and I got married in a fever and I was planning on just giving her a temporary ring at the ceremony until the custom ones were done.... She said if I was worried one week wouldn't be enough time I was wrong! She made them in a flash and they were stunning, fit perfectly and we got them the day before the wedding which I thought was impossible. I can't say enough good things about this company and it's owners... We will forever be grateful to them and know we have personal jewelers and friends for life! THANK YOU ALIN!!! You are the best at what you do! read more

I am so happy with my new ring sizing done by Joey. He was absolutely amazing! He helped me with a sizing problem and even got me an amazing discount! He was professional and so kind. I will come back just to bring him my fiancées ring to be sized and have my rings put together. I can't thank Joey enough for his amazing customer service! Also he did all this work on my ring and band in 2 hours! Absolutely amazing! read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could! These people are thieves and were charging $250 to resize an engagement ring. After rethinking it and going back they were willing to drop price down to $200. Luckily I didn't go with them because another place in the same mall only charged $55. And then they wanted to sell me their overpriced gaudy jewelry. Don't trust these people!!! read more

This place is a rip off, they over Charge you, way more then anyone else. A few months ago I got a quote to get my ring prongs fixed at Fast Fix and they told me $85 I didn't have it done and waited awhile, so I took it back yesterday, Now they want over $200 and claim they never told me $85. They sure as he'll did. Rude customer service. I went down stairs to Perfect Fit same ring same repair, only $85 dollars, Perfect fit did a great job and didn't try to rip me off. read more

Very friendly but are a little on the pricey side for jewelry. They say you can always bring item back in for cleaning and then they are quick to give you a pricey cleaning price. I would go to an established local jewelry store for any appraisals. read more

Excellent first visit with Fast Fix for battery replacements by Chant. He and the crew are sincere, gentle, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy and friendly. They provide a one year warranty on new batteries and they change them professionally, including my suunto dive watch. read more

I went to this place a couple of days ago. The mall was packed to the brim (x-mas) but they still provided great customer service. The price wasn't too bad, it is a bit high but they resized an engagement ring in two hours and left it as pristine as when i bought it. For something important like an engagement ring, I don't mind paying a little more if the quality is top notch. They succeeded in the high quality and over exceeded on the time of completion. I didn't expect to get it back so early. I highly recommend it! read more

Jeff and Benny are the go to guys! Really good guys with high integrity. Jeff really took care of my watch repair. He went above and beyond my expecations. read more

Every time I go to Fast Fix Jewelry in the Valencia Town Center I receive the absolute best customer service and price for whatever repair I need. Out of all of the jewelry repair shops in the mall, I can say that Fast Fix is the fairest one of them all. I never go anywhere else. Thank you for your expertise and great customer service. read more

This place is just awesome, and my review is long overdue! I have been taking my high end watches including Rolex, Girard Perragaux, and Cartier to Chant and his wife for the past few years. These guys do everything from overhaul to battery changes in the non manual versions. They also provide repairs and cleaning. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy jewelry repair facility. I am comfortable handing these guys $20K in jewelry for cleaning, and going off to have lunch or shop, until my stuff is ready to be picked up. Chant and his wife will go above and beyond for you, and their prices are very reasonable. We are oh so lucky to have them here locally! Thank you guys for providing such outstanding service! read more

We have been coming here for years for jewely repair and watch batteries. Went in to look for a new setting for my wedding ring. Jonarhan the salesan was extremely helpful and friendly. He was not pushy and took the time to help us choose a beautiful setting. They removed the center stone out of my old setting and put in the new one and also sized the ring while we waited. Overall a fantasic experience and will recommend to all my friends. An extra bonus, we got a great price. read more

We were looking to get pocket watches engraved as gifts for our fathers at our wedding. Service was extremely helpful and pleasant from our first phone call and the pricing was much less than we expected it to be. Because our first experience with Fast Fix was so great, we've decided to bring some old watches that need fixing over. Fast, efficient, friendly with reasonable prices...what more could you want? read more

This Fast Fix is a 25 mile drive for me, but well worth it. I have had rings sized here on a couple occasions and have been completely satisfied with every aspect of the service. The employees are friendly, courteous and happy to explain different options. I don't normally write reviews, but I've personally been a client of Fast Fix Jewerly and Watch Repairs for years & I can't say enough great things about the staff & the quality of the merchandise. We just bought a watch for our 18 year old son there for Christmas and the customer service is always great. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, professional & knowledgeable, especially Alin! They make me feel like family not a customer. I can't recommend them enough, a must go to if you are looking for an incredible deal on a watch or high quality jewelry. I would definitely recommend my family and friends!! read more

Horrible customer service!! I spent $60 on a glasses repair which was way over priced to begin with. When I got my glasses back they were completely crooked. I told one of the men who worked there and he began to argue with me telling me they weren't that bad and there is no guarantee they would turn out as they were before. I was not informed of any of the risks before spending money on the repair might I add. Then he told me to go to Lens Crafters and they can adjust them for free. I said okay but if they are still noticeable crooked I'm going to ask for my money back. He then told me that's fine they will break my glasses since they already did the service. Are you kidding me?! So rude!! Yes they did a service but they did a crappy one and to argue with me that they were fine and then tell me they would break the pair again is pretty outrageous to me. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. read more

Excellent Service and Merchandise! Chant & Alin are very knowledgable about jewelry and I trust their expertise!

I will never go to this business again! I recently purchased a watch band for my mother and when she was putting the watch on she started to realize that some of the color was wearing off the band. I immediately went back to the store to exchange it for another one, and even with my receipt and the fact that only two hours had passed, they all but accused me of lying and telling me to my face that the watch band was several years old! To their credit they did give me another band but it was very much against their will. read more
