Was working two gentleman at this location (Jorge, and another guy, didn't get his name but had a…read moresofter tone of voice) this past Saturday (05.09). Only ding I'll give is that no one was available at the front counter for about 5 minutes, even though I was trying to check in for my appointment at 10am. However, once we did get down to business (was coming in for a free pre-trip inspection, along with replacement of wiper blades, and a set of snow socks to travel through Colorado compliantly), everything was professional and thorough. About 30-45 minutes after service began, the soft spoken gentleman came back to discuss the alignment of the wheels; apparently majority of them were approaching the recommended thresholds and is thus recommended to realign them to maximize fuel efficiency, especially for a 1800 mile one way trip. This cost about $160; snow socks were about $120. Towards the end of the visit, Jorge courteously went to discuss snow chain options (between the traditional chains and the snow socks), and we chose the snow socks (good to have, good to put on for last resort, and easy to return for full refund). All in all, the visit totaled about 1.5 hours, but I felt the value both in time and money was well spent, as I left with the peace of mind that the wheels are better prepared for the long journey ahead. I should note that the fuel efficiency after the visit was lower than expected; however after doing additional research, I found this to be because of the new all-season tires I got the month prior; apparently the new treads ironically drag the vehicle more, thus creating that deficiency. As the tires wear down, fuel efficiency will level out. A bummer, but good to know all the while. Thanks guys!

0/5 stars (if I could)!!…read more I brought my car in on Friday for a simple transmission flush. Instead, I was quoted $630, with the explanation that a mechanic had driven my car and determined that my transmission filters also needed to be replaced. I did not agree to this quote because it was extremely expensive and not what I came in for, so I told them I would be picking my car up. Shortly after, I was contacted again and told there was a "miscommunication" between mechanics. They said a different mechanic drove my car and now claimed my transmission filters were completely fine, and that only a transmission flush was needed. That alone was a red flag. They also recommended a brake inspection, which I agreed to. I then picked up my car. The very next morning, my car lagged badly when starting. The following day, it would not start at all. I had to jumpstart the car, and once it turned on, multiple dashboard warning lights came on, indicating several issues. Prior to bringing my car here, there were no warning lights on my dashboard at all. I checked my battery afterward and confirmed that the battery itself is still good, which makes this even more concerning. Something was clearly tampered with or mishandled while my car was there. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and honestly alarming. Between the wildly conflicting diagnoses, the inflated quote, and my car suddenly having issues immediately after being serviced, I have zero trust in this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not take your car here.
