I waited a day to post this because I really don't like to give a business a bad review, first of all the food was excellent, our waitress was very good and kind, the problem was the woman who was bartending, I ordered an old fashioned, she clearly did not know how to make it , mashed a maraschino cherry, had to ask for a luxardo cherry, filled to the rim with I'm not sure what, drink was very cloudy, she clearly did not use the whisky that I had asked for, I had my husband taste it and he agreed it was not right, so I asked our waitress if she could have it make correctly, she was happy too, however the bartender came to our table carrying the original drink and proceeded to very loudly berate me, telling me she made it correctly and it was not her fault and on and on she went, she upset the other 3 people at are table and just ruined what was a lovely evening. RECOMMENDED I like this place. It has good burgers,cocktails, salads, milkshakes, fries...you get it :) The prices are average ($15 give or take for burgers with side). The only things I'm not wild about are the atmosphere and the service. Atmosphere: Open, modern warehouse feel. When I type that, I like it...but it just doesn't translate here for me. This place has the best onion rings around. Here's the problem....my husband ordered 2 burgers to go. The burgers come with fries...however he wanted to substitute onion rings for the fries. No problem right...wrong! There was an 'up charge' of $14.00. That's not a typo. $14.00...which was an up charge of $7.00 per order. My husband paid $42.00 for 2 burgers and onion rings. When he got home and opened our boxes...there were 3 onion rings per box. So he paid $14.00 for 6 onion rings. NEVER again! I'll make my own before I go get their onion rings again cuz the burgers are just ' okay'. Definitely not going to pay $42.00 for 2 burgers with onion rings again. read more

Over the past 7 years I have gone there about four times and every time the service isn't too bad but the food is just not good.

Burgers are amazing and cooked to order. Seasoning is not overwhelming and they just melt in your mouth.

It's open for a year and upon purchase of an entree got the ho ho cake for $1 and it was a perfect end to the dinner. The quesadilla comes with guac and sour cream as well as the salsa on the side. The cocktails were reasonably priced. Southside wasn't sweet but the cerinopolitan was a tad bit too sweet. The spicy shrimp taco was tasty but lacked spice and so did the chicken fried chicken meal. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. Service is usually hit or miss. Food sometimes can take awhile to arrive and the last server was not the best. In the past the servers are usually good and I am never in a hurry so I would rather wait on great food than rushed mediocre food. The beef was cooked to perfection. You get a choice of sides and I stuck with the hand cut French fries. Absolutely wonderful and they give a generous portion. My wife had the Eddie Burger. She devoured it so I'll take take that as a good sign. We got a slice of the homemade cheesecake and melted with joy! I also enjoyed the shake of the day: Fruity Pebbles. I've been here twice with my wife and my parents. Between the four of us on two trips we've gotten at least 2 or 3 different appetizers and 6 or 7 different meals. Everything has been great! Standouts have included: the soft pretzel appetizer--the beer cheese and mustard sauce were both amazing; the loaded pierogis--a big, delicious appetizer that I ordered as a meal; the meatloaf sandwich; and the old maple--which I liked, but might be too sweet for some people. When I think of Fast Eddie's I think of the original location I used to go to as a kid. Down home diner on Pearl road in Parma. All I can tell you is that it's 2017 and most certainly things have changed...except for the onion rings. Fast Eddie's is now a modern restaurant in the former Houlihans Parmatown spot. While the visit didn't start off great, it turned around fast once we were seated and were able to order. I went with the Big Ed to take me back to my childhood and of course subbed in onion rings. The minute I sank my teeth into one of those rings I was transported back in time. I felt like a kid sitting in the original Fast Eddie's with my grandparents after a football game at Byers field. As for the burger...it was great...but way too big for my appetite these days. It was just like I remembered from my childhood. Our server was excellent but I will say...it was a bit pricey for burgers and onion rings.
