I worked here for a period of time and was disheartened by what I observed behind the scenes. Vehicles were often reconditioned using cheap, used parts instead of reliable or OEM components, which raised serious concerns about long-term safety and value for customers. In addition, many repairs were performed by individuals without proper certifications or experience. This not only compromised the quality of work but created an environment where corners were regularly cut to save time and money. I believe in transparency and quality, and unfortunately, this company fell short on both. I hope they reconsider these practices for the sake of their customers and employees. I'm response to owner comment- all claims can be substantiated in court(disclosure would be interesting), and thank you for your comment as a counter suit can be filed for the termination comment as Justin stated in his unemployment appeal that I resigned, and I now have it documented. I found a used car that we wanted to purchase. Customer service seemed great, but after going thru the credit check process to get approval for a loan, AFTER they pulled my credit, they sold the car to someone else. The car salesman I worked with said that I would have needed to put more money down to make the deal work, something I would have done, but they never called me. Instead, they sold to someone else. I would recommend NOT buying from these guys. I can't speak to the quality of the cars they sell, but I I think integrity matters and now I've got a knocked credit score and need to purchase another vehicle. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I drove from Houston to purchased a truck from here Dec 28th 2023 and on the way back home the brake system went out dam near killing myself. Following day called them and they agreed to have the truck repaired and pick up the bill. During the repair the mechanic noticed a ton of red flags with the truck and told me it was a bad buy as they were trying to hide a bunch of flaws within the motor. The entire emissions system had been removed and the motor was in bad shape. (Selling a vehicle with tampered emissions is illegal) I told them I didn't want the truck anymore and it's been nothing but a headache trying to get somewhere with them. Now they're replacing parts left and right and to this day, March 6th I STILL don't have my vehicle back. The entire staff there are worthless, starting with the owner Justin who refuses to speak with me. 2nd in line is Becky, the GM who has yet to call me 1 single time in almost 3 months. Absolutely the worse car buying experience of my life.After giving them a $1000.00 deposit I was lied to for over a week being promised paperwork to complete a out of State sale.Luckily for me I had the sense to put the deposit on a credit card and had the option of reversing the charges to get my money back! They constantly lie and pass the buck on who will address your issue,the only person who I found to be helpful was the sales woman who did all she could for me Her manager and the finance department are all liars promising to overnight paperwork and return calls.I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this place especially if you're out of State! Gosh, where do I start? So many things with this dealership would normally make me walk right out the door but I wanted this car as it was very much exactly what I wanted. 2019 WRX STI with all the aftermarket modifications I was looking for. It was PERFECT and I absolutely love it. But let's talk about the customer service I received. I initially called in asking about eh car and they low balled me on my trade in so bad I said naw.... Watched the car for a couple months and it wasn't selling so they lowered the price and I knew then it was mine. Called in to get some info and the guy said he would call me back, NEVER DID. So, I called back got another sales person and went in immediately to start the process. Fire thing guy that didn't call me back walks up and says is and I quote ," IM THE PIECE OF SHIT THAT DIDN'T CALL YOU BACK." So I'm like wow he just said that.... So while I was definitely shocked I didn't say anything atm or ask to speak to a manager I just ignored it and kept on w the process bc again nothing was going to stop me from buying this car. Not even shitty customer service. My sales guy was over all was okay. The guy that presented me with all my financials was dropping f bombs and other random curse words like we were BFF's and tbh it made me feel very uncomfortable. Not to mention the smell of cigarettes which is never a pleasant experience. Get everything done and end up having to come back the next day to pick it up bc they have it inspected.... Come back the next day when they tell me and I literally see the car drive off to go get inspected at 10am... should have been done before I got there, and that day the inspection took 3 hours! Usually takes 30 I was told. Get the car with less than half a tank of gas, tire pressure lights on, no spare, dirty, and with previous owners stuff inside. Like wtf. There are also SEVERE water spots all over the windows. Driving it home i also notice it's pulling severely to the right and this thing just got inspected for 3 hours??? Again, WTF. They agree to get the water spots off and fix the alignment so they get me here on a Monday but upon arriving Nation tire battery (NTB) tells me their alignment guy is off today. Again zero diligence from ACCELERATE AUTO. Wasted my time so I had to come back the next day. Come back, get alignment and it's still pulling to right and then tell me the numbers are green so it's fine. Not fine. Took it to a Subaru dealership and for 180 dollars I got the alignment ACTUALLY FIXED and it does not pull anymore. The water spots were only about half removed as they left the front windows untouched. Again, WTF. There are several other cues that this company missed and for all these misses, you get my long HONEST review. I wasn't going to leave this review bc the owner said he was going to help me with my alignment issue but not to my surprise I never got a follow up call like he said he would do. I'll never do business with ACCELERATE AUTO again as they just couldn't get it right after a dozen miscues. Oh ya they even lied to me about my trade in.... Said they would do 19 but gave me 18. This was the worst experience ever. I took my granddaughter there to look at a car we found online. The car looked nice, test drove it and it was seemed fine, but after purchasing it, drove it for 2 days, and it stopped working. Took the car back, it is within my 30 days, per contract. They gave me the run around for 21/2 weeks, finally they agreed to give me a refund, I paid with my debit card, so they supposedly refunded me, it was pending on my bank account for 5 days. Then the transaction disappeared from my bank account. My bank said they stopped the transaction and took their money back, luckily I had the receipt and the bank refunded me. I think they saw 2 black women come in and thought we was easy targets. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, they are con artist. They reviews on there website if FAKE. read more
