I bought a BMW from this "dealership" and as soon as I got it home, airbag lights, seatbelt lights, check engine light and front headlight malfunction lights all came on. The hard shell convertible top is even leaking! The owner promised to fix it; however, it was a lie. Car Experts Groups is a total sham and they scam people intentionally. I paid cash for the car and now I have to spend well over $3,000 to hopefully fix the oil pan, gaskets, drain the oil because the wrong oil was put in the car! (How ignorant can you be to do that!), replace seals to prevent leaks, install an entire underbody protection kit because the vehicle is missing the protector for the cables going from the engine to the battery. These are just the mechanical issues that I know of yet. The headlight mechanism is $1,200 and I haven't even gotten a quote on the airbag and seatbelt lights, that is something BMW will have to do. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! Liars and thieves! I don't know how people like this sleep at night....

Basically what he said is that I purchased a used car and I should expect to have repair bills. Brent was very quick to point out that I declined the extended warranty that was offered to me when I purchased the car, of which I cannot find any proof of in my paperwork. In addition, I have never heard from anyone from Sewell Corporate. I will never purchase another vehicle from Sewell. Their pricing is higher than other dealerships because of the Sewell name and reputation however, that is just false advertisement because they do not stand behind their product. NEVER AGAIN! In 2024, I purchased a used, one owner, 2017 Cadillac XTS Luxury with only 37,700 miles. The vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition, and although it was not a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I believed that a vehicle sold by Sewell would have been thoroughly inspected and would be in excellent mechanical condition. Unfortunately, during the two years I have owned the vehicle, I have spent more than $4,600 on repairs and maintenance, all performed at Sewell Cadillac. Considering the purchase price of $22,998, these expenses represent more than 20% of the cost of the vehicle, which I believe is excessive for a low-mileage luxury car purchased from a dealership with Sewell's reputation. I am extremely disappointed by the number and cost of repairs I have experienced in only two years of ownership. I chose to purchase my vehicle from Sewell because of your long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Based on my experience, I do not believe this vehicle received the thorough inspection that I expected before it was offered for sale. While I understand that mechanical components can fail over time, many of these issues occurred relatively soon after my purchase or involved repairs that reasonably should have been identified during inspection or routine maintenance. A lot of salesmen would try to sell us things we didn't even want or wouldn't even show us the car we went into buy or "it wasn't there". We get to Lewisville and meet Frank who we had an appointment with and out of the box he's just a friendly person we didn't talk about price, cars, new/used, etc etc. He knew who we were an grabbed the keys as for he already knew what car we were in for. We test drove, loved the car, went in checked vehicle history report, and chatted some more (non car related Frank is just really an amazing human). Ultimately we got down to pricing and we stated if xx,xxx then we will put x,xxx down. Literally 5 minutes we could all agree on a price and that was the end of it. He stayed late past closing while we did paper work and was super friendly all the way through even after the sale. The only reason giving four stars is financing was super short with us after we turned down all the bells and whistles of packages we didn't plan on using, but I understand it's late the dealership was already closed people have families to go to! Ultimately Frank is the reason we walked out with a car yesterday, we definitely didn't need one asap and had time to shop, but Frank made everything super easy, and he's just a down to earth person that treats you like a human and not a $$$. An airbag light that, as a serious safety item, couldn't be ignored. The INFINITY service team came back with bad news of $8,000. To Sewell's credit, they took it off the market and will lose some significant money on that trade in.
