Max and Yuri are incredibly professional businessmen that provide a great balance of personalized service, fast efficiency, and quality products. I found this company through a mail advertisement when we first moved into our house, and decided to take them up on their offer for a free estimate. We met with Max & Yuri and immediately liked their friendly, personable approach. They also offered by far the best value in comparison with several other companies' quotes we received, and so we decided to go for it. That was 2 years ago and since then, we have used Fast Blinds for multiple projects at our home. Almost every room in our home has now been outfitted by this company and we trust no one else to do the job right! They have installed 20+ different shades from blackout to sheer shades, from motorized to chain-drawn, and from bedrooms to bathrooms to commons spaces. Also, I should note that we have not been the easiest of customers ! But Max & Yuri have been super professional to troubleshoot any issues personally and with a very fast turnaround time. On the most recent job, we were unhappy about the new shades that were installed as we felt they too bulky for the space. Max & Yuri patiently worked with us and they ended up replacing them all with smaller customized shades that we were very happy with. We greatly appreciate how much they care about their clients in ensuring complete satisfaction with their products and services. Over the course of a year one of the blinds in our house decided to break. Fearing the property management company eating into our deposit we took action. We called fast blinds, and they sent someone by in a few hours to fix it.. Repairs set us back $80. The crew of 2 incompetent individuals run the installation process. The communication skills as well as knowledge of their own product is big fat 0. I should of stopped the entire process right after so called design consultation. Both of the workers could not produce any coherent advise on how to choose the materials and what type of Hunter Douglas product should be suitable. So, we have chosen the materials and colors from the catalog but then it was simple matter of getting the right shutter system to be put in place. I specifically asked the blinds to open from top to bottom. But on the day of installation they have put up blinds opening in reversed direction. They have refused to make any changes. And I realize that we had nothing in writing. No contract, no agreement. It was slightly cheaper then other quote I got. But what a big mistake choosing these guys. Tremendous is how I would rate Fast Blinds. Fair pricing on good products with amazing customer service after the purchase as well. I could not be more happy with my three blinds I chose for my office and garage. We had a real emergency when our big window blind cord broke and the shade dropped down. Now we couldn't open the blind and we had a big group of people coming in a few days for an event. The local owner of the franchise came to my house and repaired a few outdoor sun shades that needed their cords readjusted. The shades were also askew from being blown around by the high winds that occasionally howl through Bel Marin Keys. Just want to thank them again for great service. After installation, I called because one blind seemed to be uneven and another roller shade was not rolling down smoothly. They responded and came over ready to fix it and then I found out it was a user-error that we were doing. They showed us the trick to fix it, and then tweaked the roller shade a bit- everyone including myself were all smiles and they left saying if anything else happened to call them. I just used Fast Blinds to replace the old plastic cheap variety, which were placed throughout the vintage home I bought this summer. I had used Home Depot for blinds at my previous home. I liked the service provided by this team much better. They were informative, friendly, prompt and efficient. They didn't try to oversell or get me to spend more money than necessary. Quite the opposite, they got me a good price for a high quality product and educated me along the way while listening carefully to my needs and preferences. The only thing I would have improved is a wider selection of companies whose products they sell. I believe they just work with Hunter-Douglas, a high quality manufacturer. I probably would have had a greater selection of textures to choose from had they also featured another company. That said, I'm happy with what I got, and they did an excellent job with customer service and installation. In just one week I had my new blinds and they look great. I'd return to these fellows rather than to Home Depot, who took a month and gave me an inferior product which wasn't installed in an easy way for me to operate. Our landlord installed blinds from Fast Blinds, installed by a guy named Max. One of the blinds, in a bedroom seldom used, broke shortly after we moved in, when we used the wand to 'tilt open' the blinds. Calling Max to schedule him to come out has been fruitless; after many months he has blown off my request to have him come out and make a simple repair. We purchased a home in Strawberry 3 years ago. Recently the mechanism for raising and lowering the master bedroom blind broke. We had these guys out about a month ago to install some honeycomb blinds in our master bedroom. Couldn't be happier! We had a bad experience with Budget Blinds - we were promised window coverings in 8 weeks - and it took 9 months (and the billing got a little shady - the rep was just plain awful to work with and difficult to get a hold of). When Fast Blinds called within a week of placing our order and told us they were ready for installation - I thought to myself "finally a blinds company that's true to their word and follows through!" The cord to our rather large bedroom blind broke. I called Fast Blinds and was told that they would be out the next day between 10 and 11 am. It was only a few minutes past 10 when Max and Uri arrived. They took the blind down and set to work replacing the cord. It wasn't long before their work was done and the blind rehung. The price was also reasonable. I had called another blind repair shop and was told that they would need to take the blind into the shop and that it would take between 7 and 10 days for the repairs. This took between 10 and 25 minutes. I really recommend these two men. read more
