YOWZERS!! RUDEST!!! Business! I have EVER set foot in!! literally! The staff and owners started yelling at me when I was informed after my polish removal that it was going to be $25 JUST for a toenail color change I questioned the $20 I thought it was going to be according to the " fee" sign they have posted According to them I cannot read and was told to read it AGAIN ! I guess they were referring to the additional white sheet of paper placed at the wayyy bottom of their original pricing board!! Which innocently I did not see! ‍ It is very unacceptable how I was treated merely for not seeing their "additional" sheet of prices! ( i thought the original $20 was ludicrous in the first place) It's not as if I had them painted and refused to pay .. I exited BEFORE any services were rendered! Terrible experience!!!! read more

Best nail salon in Roscoe! I'm not going to lie, I'm related to the owners but it seriously is the best place to do nails in the few available nail salons in Roscoe. I'm just visiting from Los Angeles, but I've gotten my nails done here before and its pretty good. Reasonable prices. What more can you ask for? read more

Amazed at the lack of cleanliness. Infact amazed that they can stay open with that degree of filth - and one has to wonder what might be in the pedicure tubs! The place was just plain dirty - and I noticed lack of client conversation & also employees speaking between themselves with their own language, etc. I also noticed a bit of sloppiness on the part of the technician. Nails were very rushed and charged double of what was told on the phone. Very disappointed in the color of my nails because I got gel polish and they were still sticky before leaving. Was rushed so that "returners" could get in. The glued on nail that they put the acrylic over was already coming off before acrylic was even applied. Super upset! read more

I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCAPABLE and unwilling to listen to or help solve the problem. They are horrible business people who are uninterested in retaining customers or clearly in expanding their customer base. They clearly do not understand how much word of mouth and poor customer experiences can affect their business. Basically, this place is horrible. I was accused of lying, trying to steal from them, and trying to rip them off. All while being spoken to in a horribly degrading and abhorrent manner. I went in and asked for them to fix my gel manicure that had chipped after only 2 days. They offered to fix the one nail that had chipped but none of the other nails where you could see my actual nail on the end under the gel. They refused to offer me a refund or simply redo the whole manicure despite the fact that it looked like they hadn't even painted the tips of my nails. My manicure looked terrible and I just wanted to have them fix it since I had paid $35 for it and now it was chipping. Essentially, they accused me of chipping my own nail just so I could get a free manicure. They also said they can't redo it because it was too expensive. As if I could afford to pay another $35 within 2 days and not even be concerned about it. As if I have a money tree in the back and that $35 wasn't a lot of money for me. I also heard her tell the other nail tech that I had short nails and that was why it chipped. Why didn't anyone tell me that shorter nails are more prone to chipping? When I asked I was told that wasn't what happened. It just chipped. They couldn't predict it would do that. So when I confronted her about having just indicated that my nails chipped b/c they were pretty short she denied every saying it. I wasn't listening to what they were saying she said. I needed to stop talking and just listen for a minute. EXCUSE ME?!?! I also informed her that I found her rude and she'd been rude other times I had been in to other customers and therefore I would not be returning. She accused me of lying and demanded I give her examples for her to believe me. Again, I was aggressively berated for asking for a refund all in front of other customers because "those products are expensive and (I'd) already gotten a manicure before." read more

My gel manicure looks fab and my/my sister's nail technicians were super nice! Very clean and reasonably priced.

As a foreigner myself, I was appalled to hear all nail technicians conversing in their own language in front of their clients. It is very rude and unprofessional behavior. Technicians moved and worked very quickly without speaking to their customers. I felt as an item on a conveyor belt ready to be quickly checked out, like a necessary evil, needed, but not welcomed. My pedicure was done speedily( in about 15 - 20 min). If I could post a photo of my pedicure, I would. My feet are still covered with dead skin, uneven calluses and rough. My toe nails were not evenly filed. The nippers were dull and were catching on my cuticles. The technician used no base coat for my toe nails and only one coat of color. This place had a quick, very low quality service, rude workers and sloppy job. I can not say cheap because I paid $50 for two of us+ tips. I feel really bad for placing this negative review, but I did give them chances, two times, and both times the experience was the same. read more

Went to this salon yesterday for a no chip manicure. It was obvious the girl who started my no chip had no clue what the hell she was doing. After she dug into my nail beds then proceeded to buff my skin on my fingers off. I actually have sores on three fingers. My five year old niece could of done a better job painting my nails. I was so upset plus they charged me 25.00 for this bs service. Buyer beware. Buyer beware. I guarantee you this girl was NOT licensed. read more
