Unfortunately I'm not allowed to color my hair in any interesting ways, but the work I've seen has been quality -Phoenix appears to keep a stable employee roster that will allow you to build long term rapport and expectations -The place is reasonably quiet and its fairly easy to get an appointment -A great option for kids as the stylists seem very comfortable working with them Cons -Phoenix may be a little hard to see from the road, especially travelling south from 251 -Professional stylists will always cost a little more, but it isn't excessive and the extra money is worth it. The staff really cares about satisfaction -Try not to be late. They do keep tighter schedules if you have a specific stylist and that can bump you. That is more my problem than the stylist's however. Bottom line: If I felt more qualified I would give Phoenix a 5 star rating. At the very least I am a fan, and will continue to return.
