Today I had Donny and let the nail salon in tears for the first time. He was rude and rushing. My acrylic nails were all crooked so I said something when he asked, he attempted to fix them, got frustrated with me almost immediately, and told me he'd cut them and I could leave. Trust me, do not waste your time here. Just go to the other salon.

A couple of hours after said appointment was made, I received a call from them: "Hi, the appointment I booked for you at date, time: she is booked. So I have to cancel your appointment." There was no "Hey, I'm going to book you with someone else" or "Can you come in (at another time)?" Guess they don't need the business.
