She always changes things up if I ask her to, giving me the best recommendations for the right products for me to use, styling tips and tricks and let's me know if she is running behind or ahead of schedule. We made an appointment with Monica for 2pm today for my sisters prom. She was supposed to do a style appointment and we even went Wednesday night for a consult and to confirm the appointment. Well it's half hour before the appointment and Monica called and said she couldn't do the appointment anymore and cancelled because she wasn't going to be done with her previous client. We planned the whole day around this appointment and now my sister is crying because she doesn't have anyone to do her hair for her senior prom and has to be ready to go by 4. This is absolutely unprofessional and my whole family uses bella salon and now we will not be back. If it was an emergency or something I would absolutely understand but this is ridiculous and so disappointing. Would not recommend making appointments here for your special occasions read more

I really don't recommend this place.... My bad experience involved two stylists there, Blair and Maddi. Avoid them and you might be okay at Bella Salon! Very very unprofessional and insensitive to the needs of individuals. Me personally, I'll never attempt to give anyone at this place my business again. Terrible, terrible first impression. And of course instead of apologizing for the way she treated a customer, she laughs at the review like a child. How sad. read more

Been going here for years! So unbelievably happy that all the fresh new talent are kind and welcoming to their clients.

At the end of May I decided I wanted highlights. I haven't had any in eight years, so I needed a new person. I asked a couple of people with nice highlights who they went to, read some reviews and saw some great pics online, and decided to try Bella Salon. I was offered an appointment with Blair for eleven days from the day I called. In the meantime, Blair confirmed via voicemail, I think. So I arranged that morning as one of my work-free mornings and arranged childcare. Kind of a big deal. So we know Blair was aware of the appointment and had plenty of time to cancel it if she didn't want it (even though she had never seen me before), but she texts me at the last minute saying she had to cancel because her young son had an incident with a skunk. I told her I was sorry to hear that, and was very polite. She offered to text me immediately the next day when she could check on her future availability. I let her know I wanted her to do that as I had seen some of the work she had done and am looking for a permanent person, but I would have to look around in the meantime as I am also a working mom. The last thing she said was "I'll text you as soon as I have my books." And I haven't heard from Blair since. I ended up getting my highlights done elsewhere and am happy with the results. But after maybe two weeks went by I wondered if something had happened to this woman, so I did a little internet search, and sure enough, there were very recent pics being uploaded of Blair's awesome work! I decided to call Bella Salon and try to speak to a manager. The friendly and helpful receptionist told me they had no true manager- all of the stylists rent chairs and work for themselves. Still, she'd try to let Blair know I was not pleased. I had a feeling I'd never hear anything from the salon or Blair. The thing that surprised me is that she is a mom working for herself. I am a working mom who schedules childcare to sometimes work independently with accounting and bookkeeping clients. I take it extremely seriously. And you can bet your life that if a new client was understanding about a mom-emergency when I cancelled at the last minute, I would text or call the next day, especially if that's what I offered to do. Moms stick together and respect our use of the Mom-card. We appreciate it when other moms "get it." Professionals value each other's time. You advertise yourself as both of these things, Blair, and you're neither. And Mom/professional or not, isn't it outside of decency to not do an easy little thing you said you were going to do AFTER you've hassled an understanding person and wasted their time? If your opinion is I read too much into this, keep in mind how easy it would've been, without a thank you or an apology, to just say "Oh hey, I guess I don't need any more clients right now." This was three months ago now. This is not a reflection of anyone else at Bella Salon. But if you are doing any of the advertising for Blair's work, maybe you should stop until she wants new clients and/or grows up. read more

I want to give them 10 STARS!!! I've been a client of Randae's for years and years before she was at Bella Salon. I love her. She is awesome! The whole salon and staff is friendly, accommodating and fun to be around. You couldn't pay me to go anywhere else. I get compliments on my hair asking me where I get it done. I feel special and like a princess whenever I get my hair done at Bella Salon. read more

Bella is awesome. I've been going to Jenny for over 10 years. She's incredible and always does an amazing job. I can come in with a few ideas or pictures of what I want, and she makes it happen better than I could have ever imagined. Everyone is so kind here - they are all really friendly and sincere. I had the worst experience here. The lady burned my hair with the curling iron, not to mention my ears, and my head. She was dropping things all over the place. I didn't want to make her feel bad so i called to complain a day later. No one returned my phone call. Then I called again. When i spoke with the manager/owner Randy, (i believe was her name)...She told me "well, it's good that you don't live here so you don't have to come back" I was shocked. I have never been treated like that at a salon before. I have never written a review on any place before and I'm just shocked by this place. For your own sake, don't go here! read more

I had Ashley cut my hair and not only did she do a fabulous job but she was super accommodating and squeezed me in at the last minute. I love my haircut and the prices are extremely reasonable. Additionally, everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy working together, which makes for a friendly and comfortable environment. read more
