She consulted me at length before beginning the cut and color to make sure I was 100% confident in my decision. She made sure to educate me on the pros and cons for the health of my hair, rather than just upselling for herself. She even took the time at the end of the session to teach me fun and quick ways to put my hair up on days not washed. She is extremely personable and I LOVE my color.
