I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment. There was not much small talk which was fine, the only thing she kept asking was if my skin was burning - something that had never been asked during any of the other times I've had this service. She also did not trim the brow hairs so they were completely uneven. I got home & followed the proper aftercare (didn't get them wet for 48 hours, no products, etc.). I noticed one brow was completely different. One looked great, the other side looked like nothing had been done. The hairs were barely relaxed, they were not sitting as they should. Most of them had a weird kink to them. I reached out right away to rectify the issue with no response. It got worse after sleeping on them. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this location & I will definitely not be back.

Anyways, I found this place and it's rave reviews so I figured I'd try it. From the time I walked into the door, I was greeted. The place itself was huge and seem to have a big clientele as they were busy. However, calling earlier to ask if I could have an appointment seem to have worked because when I walked in, they took me right away. The entire vibe of this place was super calming and relaxing. No loudness, no craziness which is something that I appreciated. The lady that helped me, her name was Sarah and she was awesome! Her hands are golden and she was very gentle with me. I got my girlstache waxed and my eyebrows threaded. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows and she did not disappoint. She cleaned up my eyebrows and was very thorough. Nice clean lines and while I did hear the thread break a couple of times, she was able to get more thread and kept it moving with breaking a sweat. It was great. As far as my lip wax, she was super thorough, taking great care in waxing and ensure that there was nothing else left over. When she was putting on the aloe vera gel, she gives your eyebrows and your face a little message and it felt so good. It really helped me to relax and enjoy the experience. I really, really enjoyed my time at this salon. It was my first time trying it today but it won't be my last. Prices are decent and I tip too so if they continue to be as good as they are today, I will continue to give them my service. I would never recommend this place. i'm not from the area and was looking to get a Brazilian wax…read moredone. I looked on Google this place popped I called. They said they were able to get me in. I get there and immediately had bad vibes that it wasn't gonna go as all my other waxing had went prior. I would like to I always use European wax or in but this was a convenience. I get in there and she starts using the old-school with the ripping the fuck out of my my private as well as all the other ladies a delicacy, as she's ripping my hair, and just continuing to snatch, she notices that she's causing bleeding and fixes her mouth to tell me that it's because of the way, my hair is growing which is why she's snatching and so hard because the hair isn't growing the right way I explained to her that I don't use the that she's using and I never had any of these problems that she is stating to me now I've never with any of my waxing. I've never had bruising with any of my waxing until today. She fucked up so much so she knew she was fucking up. She couldn't even answer me properly, but was trying to tell me that she's licensed if you're so licensed as you say you are then you should be quit to handle anything that comes to you and she wasn't my leg being in the butterfly position for about 15 minutes started to cramp.
