This was my first time trying this place. I usually go to another place on the Northshore but they were unable to take me which is fine but ya girl has needs too! LOL! Anyways, I found this place and it's rave reviews so I figured I'd try it. From the time I walked into the door, I was greeted. The place itself was huge and seem to have a big clientele as they were busy. However, calling earlier to ask if I could have an appointment seem to have worked because when I walked in, they took me right away. The entire vibe of this place was super calming and relaxing. No loudness, no craziness which is something that I appreciated. The lady that helped me, her name was Sarah and she was awesome! Her hands are golden and she was very gentle with me. I got my girlstache waxed and my eyebrows threaded. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows and she did not disappoint. She cleaned up my eyebrows and was very thorough. Nice clean lines and while I did hear the thread break a couple of times, she was able to get more thread and kept it moving with breaking a sweat. It was great. As far as my lip wax, she was super thorough, taking great care in waxing and ensure that there was nothing else left over. When she was putting on the aloe vera gel, she gives your eyebrows and your face a little message and it felt so good. It really helped me to relax and enjoy the experience. I really, really enjoyed my time at this salon. It was my first time trying it today but it won't be my last. Prices are decent and I tip too so if they continue to be as good as they are today, I will continue to give them my service. And girlies that need to be taken care of and love those self care days--ya all should give them your service too! Then...you can thank me later! read more

Amazing service! Henna was a joy to talk to and provided amazing service! This is the most natural my eyebrows have ever looked after a threading and tint! I will be back. Calm environment. The store is ducked off but worth the find. I will be back!! read more

So incredibly happy to have found EyeBrow Shapes. Hina is so lovely, kind, and has the softest hands ever! I came in for an eyebrow clean up as a first timer & I've found my new spot! I added an upper lip & chin. It's so clean and spacious. Very affordable and I received the most amazing face massage to blend in the aloe vera afterwards. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great threading service. Can't wait to come back with my husband & my mom. Thank you so much! read more

This place was great! I was trying to find a place quickly to get my eyebrows done for the weekend. The lady that just did my eyebrows and lip, did a fantastic job. She took her time and made sure I liked what she was doing. To top it off...the mini facial massage with the aloe....was sooo relaxing. Gave her an extra tip for that alone. read more

a day agoNEW Update: I got a nasty original response from this business , basically saying they hate customers like me and to stay away. Why? Because you have a business schedule ? And I complained there was nobody there, you are offering a service and charging for it. It doesn't matter how good you are we all have busy life's , respect the customers time, with no customers , no business. I saved your original response. I just don't want to publish it because you had some nasty words. There is no tolerance for any type of business to ever respond the way you did to me. I called yesterday May 17 and was told that i did not need an appointment. I asked what time they opened and the person said 10am. So I mentioned i would be there at 10am on May 18th. I showed up at 955am and it was closed, i waited until 10:11am and instead of getting my eyebrows threaded i am writing this review and leaving. Very unprofessional. 25 minute drive for nothing. read more

Decided to give this place a try because I was in the area. The location was a bit hard to find because it is located in the back of a mall near what looks like office buildings. It wasn't marked very well, and the look on the outside was not inviting at all. I decided to give it a try anyways. There was one worker there who did my eyebrow waxing. She was very thorough and used threading to perfect it. She took off more hair than I have ever gotten off, even though I asked for just a clean up. Besides that part, they looked great. The price was a bit higher than I am used to paying. read more

I went to EyeBrow Shapes yesterday for the first time and got my brows threaded and tinted( first time tint-LIFE CHANGING), also got my lip hairs threaded. I am really picky with my brows but really needed them done and the spot I was going to at the time was closed during regular hours (not acceptable) So I took a chance, I didn't know what to expect but when I went but I loved every moment of my experience. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my brows (I wish I did) but I believe she may have been the owner. She was incredibly sweet and the threading experience was close to painless and she gave me a nice face massage! I also wish I would have asked what music was playing in the background because I was beyond relaxed the entire time, vibing out! I will never go anywhere else again because everything was excellent! For beautiful brows, quick, close to painless, and quality service look no further! This is the spot! read more

Absolutely love this place, I wish it was more well known as it deserves it! Here you can tell the women care about their work and take their time. They're very meticulous with your brows and even give a nice little forehead/temple massage after they thread and trim. I'm an esthetician who waxes and I even tell my clients & friends to come here for their brows! read more

Received an eyebrow threading and tinting. I could tell the lady took her time and cared about the end result. The end result was great! The lady was very gentle. The place is somewhat hard to find. Cards accepted and can tip with your card. Nice later hours available. read more

Amazing employees and amazing work! Highly recommended!!! Will definitely come back again. So happy with the result of my face thread.

DO NOT GET A FACIAL HERE!!! I cried afterwards of how bad it was. I have never written a bad review for a salon before. Also after I left I realized there was still residue on my face so I went back in for her to wipe it away. Then I left again and still so much residue on my face!! WORSE PLACE TO GET A FACIAL!! read more

Loved this place, ladies take their time & give a little head message when finished with brows. I really loved the shape they did on my brows very equal !!! read more

Please don't go by the negative review. This place is amazing.. Hina and Farzana are amazing women who are so good at their job. I always go for eyebrow threading and waxing here and they do such an awesome job of it. They usually close at 7:00pm but if you see in line they stay and finish the work. They don't even rush because they have to close. I will recommend this place any day. Very clean and neat too! read more

The woman that did my threading was so gentle but so thorough. I will definitely be back!

I've been here several times and I am always happy with the way my eyebrows look after. The ladies are always friendly and take their time to get all of the stray hairs. I love the mini massage afterwards with the lotion too! read more

I just left here absolutely loving my eyebrows! I don't have the thickest eyebrows to start with, but they do get a little crazy. The eyebrow technician that shaped my eyebrows was very precise and careful, and also gave me a mini eyebrow massage in some pressure points- so great! I have been trying different eyebrow threading salons for years, and this one I would definitely recommend! read more

Ok, So skeptical about getting my eyebrows tinted for the first time. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! My new favorite place to go came back for the second time. Absolutely amazing service and the sweetest people always working which I think we all come to appreciate. Prices are also AMAZING! Let me tell you. Love it here! My new favorite spot. read more

Worst management ever. Showed up at 7:00 PM on the dot after reading on Apple Maps AND here on Yelp that they close at 9:00PM- and was told that they were closing because the woman there's "uber was going to arrive soon." TERRIBLE first impression. read more

Went for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted today and they did an amazing job- I immediately booked a facial with them before I left. Prices are very reasonable, service is great. They also made sure to sanitize everything between customers. read more
