I called for appt at the last minute on Saturday and I was able to get in! Yeah! Place was clean, they use disposable files and smoothers as well as the sterilized packs of tools. I usually do the basic toes, which came out nice. My hands needed a bit more work to remove the old liquid gel but it was handled easily. read more

This is a very beautiful place but they have A LOT of inexperienced techs. I've had my share of amazing ones and terrible ones. The last no chip I got chipped off the first week. I'm thinking I'm not going back. read more

My nail tech seemed very new and was on the phone pausing to answer calls while doing my nails. The ends of my nails aren't painted all the way and polish is uneven and lumpy looking. read more

I had 1 hour to get my nails done because i had a client to go see. It took an hour and 40 min. Mostly because I chose a finish that they offered that was not accomplished despite many layers on one finger trying to get it. Another tech picked a completely different polish and color and its simply not what I wanted. Finally I just told them to get the paint on my nails because I was going to be late for my next appt. I not pleased at all with how my nails look. At $75 this was a huge disappointment. The place looks nice but the work provided doesn't match the upscale Aesthetics of the place. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went with my friend a month ago to get our nails done and I had a HORRIBLE experience. To start, they really push Gel-X on you (or our two technicians did, I don't want to speak for the whole business). They asked us, I said no and my friend said yes. I got asked multiple more times and after the 3rd no, I said yes because I felt pressured and uncomfortable by the constant asking. After the first GEL-X nail was applied, my nail started to burn. Now, I know how it feels for the heat / burning of acrylics, especially under the UV lamp, but this burn was a lot worse and lasted over 30 seconds. I asked the nail tech to stop and he did. I waited and since the burning wasn't stopping, I went and washed my hands. This helped, but I didn't want to continue the service anymore. I had to tell my technician I didn't want to continue 3 different times, and then a bunch of the salon workers came over to my chair. There were 2 older ladies talking to my technician and hovering over me, and I had to keep repeating myself that I was Ok and just did not want to continue. I had to explain it to so many people, they kept coming over and it was really embarrassing. I finally asked them what is going on because so many people were talking all around me and not telling me what is happening (they were talking in another language). They all looked at me and the technician doing my friends nails said "we just feel SO BAD that you can't get your nails done". Well it's funny because nobody said anything to me. I was ignored and talked over and snided at. I TRIED to give my technician a $5 tip and he walked away from my table and did not accept the bill, which I felt even more embarrassed at. So then ANOTHER older lady came up to my table after he left, i tried to hand her the $5 and ask that she gives it to my technician bc he didn't accept it. She then gave a look to the technician who was doing my friends nails, and that technician FINALLY acknowledged me and said she would give it to him. Why didn't she do that when I was handing it to him and he was ignoring me?? Why did she speak to me when I said something to another worker? I want it to be clear, I do not care at all that I had a bad reaction to the GEL-X. I know some people are sensitive to different treatments, and I do not think it is the salons fault that I got burned from the GEL-X. They should not be penalized for the reaction my body had. However, the salon SHOULD be accountable for the unprofessionalism and rudeness they provided me. I was ignored, laughed at, treated like a spectacle and embarrassed by the employees of this salon. I was embarrassed already that I had to refuse a service I wanted, and instead of accepting it, they blew it into a huge issue and made a huge scene. I was so mortified and uncomfortable leaving this salon. read more

Went for a pedicure and new set. The pedicure went great they asked if I wanted regular polish or no chip so I chose no chip.... the problem is they don't tell you is there's a $20 up charge for that! My pedicure went from $35 to $55 because of nail polish and they didn't inform me before it was time to pay.... next comes the nails. I asked them to remove the old ones so I could get a fresh new set and I'm aware that most places charge you for removal but they usually soak them off not charge you $15 to take a nail tip and rip your nails to shreds! If I would have known that I would have saved myself $15 and chewed my nails off at home!!! All the nails are misshapen the nail polish is so thick the nails just look bad! Definitely not happy with what I left with! Way to over priced for a mediocre job.....I won't be back. read more

I get both a mani and pedi on average every 3 weeks. I see TT for my mani and either Johnny or Vu for my pedi. All of the technicians are highly skilled, always professional, personable and delightful. The location is always impeccably clean. A 5 star rating is just not enough. I cancelled my appointment at 4:30 since I had been waiting 45min with no communication and don't want to support a buisness with service like this.
