This salon actually had a whole system in place from check-in to check-out which made the service super organized and safe (respecting covid regulations with hand wash station upon arrival, temperature check, social distancing & signs everywhere). I also had a unique nail situation where I broke my nail pretty deep in the nail bed and had a fake nail on it from LA that needed to be removed. My nail tech Katie was able to remove it without causing any pain or discomfort and took her time carefully filing it down & checking in with me to make sure I did not feel any pain. I really appreciated her going over it a few extra times just to be 100% sure that it was good. I love my gel manicure and I'm so happy to have found this place and will definitely be coming back! Because the business has windows in the front and chairs right by those windows, it was just a little uncomfortable. I made an appointment online for 3:45, but my Regular Pedicure took until 5:15! Another girl came in after me and we were done at like the same time- did I get the slow guy? Price can't be beat- there is a small fee if you use credit card, so, bring cash. And the pedicure itself was well done! My regular pedicure was $30 and included a scrub, lotion, hot towel, and I was sitting in a massage chair, so, relaxing. I had been once before to the previous location, but that was over a year ago. The new location at…read morefirst it seems like an odd spot, but once inside the windows look out onto a beautiful green space. They also did a great job decorating. They have an amazing neon sign near the hair washing station that I will have to get a picture of next time. This morning I met with Nicole for a fresh haircut. She was amazing! When done right, having my hair washed, is one of my favorite salon experiences. Nicole did a fantastic job incorporating the right amount of pressure for a lovely scalp massage while washing. She then proceeded to do an excellent job on my haircut. I will definitely be going back!
