She tells the gal…read moreat the front desk what she needs which is a spray tan, medium, pays.. the girl tells her to find her way down this hallway, another girl comes in puts her hair net on and starts to walk out. My daughter says, I've never done this before , I don't know what to do. Girl says, I think there's a button in there (the booth)or something and walks out. So my daughter gets in, no button, she starts waving her arms around, something finally triggers it. It starts, there's feet and numbers on the floor so she can follow along to get full coverage. She gets done, walls back up to the counter, no one to be found... as I said before, she has never done this so some after spray instructions would have been nice. My daughter leaves. She has a line across the middle of her forehead from where the cape was put on her and didn't get moved to her hair line. One arm and hand are her natural color and one arm and hand are spray tanned.... Complete waste... proms tomorrow... I believe the people working there need some training on their equipment and customer etiquette. I would have called and said all this directly to someone, but they close at 4:30. Do not recommend.
