She did the normal things: filed my nails, trimmed my cuticles, massaged my hands with lotion, and painted my nails nicely. I had picked out a transparent color and she pointed this out. This was good because I wanted something bolder. She was fine with me picking out something else. All and all, she did a good job. But I'm giving only 4 stars because it wasn't remarkable. My friends all got pedicures (I didn't) and they came out cute, too. We will probably all go back again.

Two encounters with the most surly, unpleasant,receptionist ever and then substandard service on top of it? I came in for a manicure, and instead got some kind of gel garbage that was poorly applied damaged my nails, and no attention to my nails whatsoever - you know, cuticles, etc. The pedicure was equally poor. The only thing rich was the price tag at the end. I will never be back. And you should avoid this place too. You've been warned. I know lots of people who complain about that unpleasant, unfriendly unhelpful receptionist and who because of her, have changed salons. I guess I'll get a referral from one of them because did I mention? I'll never be back.
